Our 2 newly married sons came for Thanksgiving and we boarded them here. They said it was great. Quiet, clean, good service. No complaints

Great place to stay in Cleveland Tn on our road trip back to Florida. Very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was great.
They did not have the typical Holiday Inn complimentary breakfast.
What they did have was a small bar and grill where you could get a made to order breakfast. We purchased the breakfast voucher for 2 thru Hotels.com for $15 which was worth in in our opinion because you had several options to choose from.
You could also get lunch and dinner along with draft beers and things like that but we didn't take advantage of those options.

The location was great and walkable to many places. I felt that it was too high in price, should offer complimentary coffee in the mornings to everyone, wish it had a pool and laundry room available as we were a traveling team and usually like to wash uniform in between days. The staff was great

If you stay here and like to watch TV stay somewhere else. They have Satellite and the there was no signal for most of my stay. This is a big problem and should be addressed by corporate, because this is the Holiday Inn name being tarnished.

Only issue was the heating and AC unit had a mind of its own plus around the bottom of the unit cold air was coming in from outside. Had to put a couple towels around the bottom of the unit. Other then that it was a good room.

Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean. All usb ports on both sides of the bed were not working. Water pressure, and temperature was off. The Wii was unreliable at best. The curtain seemed stuck closed.

We paid for a king suite and there were none available. We were given a regular king room at the same rate. They offered us breakfast as a concession but we had breakfast plans during our stay. Specialty coffee machine broken. Outside card readers were broken so we could only enter through the front door although the only parking available was in the back of the building.

We experienced a power loss at this hotel. The service to make sure we were ok was spot on. A transformer went out so it effected the whole valley.

The bed had stains, looked like blood... we had to kill a bug..it was super noisy and I only got the room bc we were driving from Maryland to Louisiana so we needed rest and THAT definitely was a waste of money..
