We stay here at least once a year when we visit family. Good location, very clean and comfortable rooms. This time there was no shower mat in the bathroom, which was odd so I just used another towel. Not a biggie! Breakfasts are well supplied - scrambled eggs and ham this weekend. Plus waffles, toast, mini donuts, yogurts and fruit.

Very friendly staff and clean.
The only problem was I was wakened by kids yelling at 3 am. I called but that did resolve the problem. Apparently these kids did not have parental supervision. It is advertised with a restaurant. But there’s not one.

This property fit the bill for exactly what we wanted. I had a conference in the city, but the city hotels were overbooked and this was in a short distance way.

The rooms are nice and big and everything was clean the only problem I had is when my toilet in one of the 4 rooms I booked flooded and water was all over the bathroom and the carpet I didn't get any assistance in cleaning things up and had to unclog the toilet myself. Luckily they did bring me extra towels and a plunger, but the room felt dirty and unsanitary after that. When I asked for a discount I was told no and they were all booked so they couldn't give me another room.

The room was compact but clean and comfortable. The upholstery on the chair was a little worn but everything else seemed to be in good condition. Breakfast was a standard breakfast buffet and the staff kept it well stocked. The fitness room, though small, was in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel for a business trip for my boss, and he was happy with it. The location was in key proximity of where he needed to attend his meetings, so it was nice that he wasn't in the "hustle and bustle" all the time.
I will definitely book him here for his next trip out here.

Our room was clean on arrival but there was a loud party in the room beside ours that continued until 4 am. I finally had to call the front desk to complain after my husband when out to see where the music was coming from. When I brought it up at check out, I was given a brief “yeah, sorry” and that was it. Not good enough.

We stayed in Minneapolis due to a hospital stay. This hotel was so clean and the staff very friendly. Even though it was next to the freeway, it was very quiet and comfortable in our room. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I would stay here again anytime.

We like to always stay at this location when we are in Minneapolis. It is clean, comfoirtable and convemiet to the freeways and eating places. The satff are friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine. Except two nights I could smell that someone was smoking in there room. We were on the third floor and could smell it in the bathroom. So I don’t know if was on the second floor or next to us??? Stayed at your hotel because I had a surgery at Park Nicollet. Also Didn’t know there was a train track so close. One night the train came thru 3 times blowing its whistle each time it came thru. Midnight/4am/6am. It was very loud and of course wake us up each time.

Room was very small and bed was to hard for my taste but over all very clean and no bad cigarette or urine smell like some cheaper hotels I have been in. Best of all talked to the front desk and was allowed an extra hour late check out free of charge!

Merdy was wonderful at check in and recommended the discount at JJ’s restaurant right next door with great food. The room was updated with a comfy bed. The breakfast offered hot eggs and ham, a waffle maker and lots of other continental breakfast items. We appreciated everything and had a great stay convenient to our conference. Thanks.

Every time I visit my daughter, I try to stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. It is convenient to where my daughter lives. Finally, it is affordable.

All the employees at the hotel were amazing. Jacey made us feel safe at night while we would go out for a cigarette. The fellow from 3-11 was an absolute gem. The breakfast was awesome and happy hour was just as amazing. Thank you we will be back soon.

It smelled really bad if mold and mildew. Not only in the bathroom area, but the whole room and hallway.

Check-in was efficient and staff very professional. I checked in later in the evening but was still greeted well and told about the amenities. Room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Easy access to main roads and highways. Will stay again during next visit to the area.

It was a quick in and out for us, but the room was nice and clean. Updated. No smoke smell anywhere in the hotel. Hot breakfast that even filled up my teenage son. Staff was incredibly nice. I would absolutely stay there again.

The sharped dressed man behind the counter who greeted me at check-in was so helpful and fun to talk with!
He gave great recommendations on dining and was there to help with anything we needed.
I liked that this was in walking distance to different restaurants, and had a good parking lot. Good security. I felt safe and found this to be one of the better quiet hotels I’ve ever been to. Comfortable beds and a variety to choose from for breakfast. Everybody seemed to find something they liked to eat. Coffee was really good too! We will be back when visiting family close by and hopefully come out to the state fair again in the coming years. Great experience here, would recommend!!!

nice enough hotel - breakfast was not something to brag about. bathroom was small and one thing I disliked was the sink was outside the bathroom which I find disgusting. Hotel itself was clean and staff were friendly.
