Good location, very quiet. breakfast sausage was good. rooms were clean and spacious.

breakfast could have been better. scrambled eggs or bacon would have been nice instead of cheesy pre packaged omelettes 2 days in a row. coffee wasn’t very good. better variety of creamers would have been nice.

finding the exact main entrance was a little difficult. it’s very close to train tracks so you’d think it’s not near there but it’s literally RIGHT past them. if there was a more visible sign showing the entrance, that’d be nice.

The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy and clean, check-in and check-out were super smooth and reception was nice, and parking was great.

I disliked the lack of lighting in our room and the hotub. The hotub was disgusting! It had so many things floating in it, and it was lukewarm at best. However, the thing that made me the most upset was the shower! We stayed in a handicap room (not on purpose but no big deal as long as no one else needed it) and the shower got water ALL over the floor, seriously the whole bathroom floor. How would someone with a disability clean all that water up and why should they have to?? That's ridiculous that no one thought of that design, and I sincerely hope they fix this right away before someone gets seriously injured or reports this. The wifi didn't work very well and there was hardly any good breakfast options (omelettes weren't great sadly.) Toppings for the yogurt/oatmeal would be nice and two out of the three drink options were out of order both mornings.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was 1 of the best ever had from hotels.
