The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Checkin staff were rude, room had dirty towels that may have been bloodstained, towel rail came off the wall, TV didn’t work, waffle maker was switched off & unavailable. Stayed here before & enjoyed it. Standards have slipped.

Not the room we booked, we booked non pool room, and got a room directly next to pool that burns eyes from chlorine.

I did like that the heating/cooling unit responded to the temperature setting. I like to sleep in cool temperatures. The unit did not make disturbing noises. Parking is a little tough going up and down the hill but managable. Over all very good.

The hot tub was absolutely filthy. There was slime and scum around the edge as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. After we went in the hot tub anyways because we desperately needed it, we spoke to the front desk and they assured me that it was drained and cleaned the day before. Having been a hot tub owner, I know this is absolutely not true and the way it was handled in a customer service manner was absolutely unacceptable. I showed them pictures of the scum around the edge and they assured me it would be clean the next day. That was of no use to us because we were checking out the next morning and knew we wouldn't have time to use it
Additionally, the food at breakfast wasn't great, but the way it made us all feel afterwards? Was even worse. If I stay there again I would not eat the food. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, which was also important. We were really happy with that!

This was the cleanest property we visited out of 5 different hotels over the 2 weeks of holidays. Rooms have been updated. Best breakfast we have had in a hotel stay. Attendant keep everything fresh and hot. Would definitely stay here next year in our way through Winnipeg...

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Perfect pet friendly rooms, no carpet, no bad smell. Great breakfast buffet. Long pool hours. Will stay there again.

AC was very cold and difficult to regulate. We had the hideaway bed in front of the AC vent beside it. We changed the room temp to 24 on the thermostat and stil freezing cold air blasting out of the vents. Otherwise very nice hotel staff and breakfast

We loved the pool, even though it was a long weekend we had it to ourselves occassionally.
A lot of parking and even some shaded spots and a very convenienf little dog park that was very clean at the back of the parkibg lot.
We will definitely stay again, room was very clean and we felt very confortable.

The staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and even brought a little package for our dog with a big treat, blanket, etc. they remembered us and everyone was very friendly. Loved that there’s laundry onsite.
