Older hotel, a little worn. Elevator was broken and my suite was on third floor. Room and hotel was super clean. Bathroom had been remodeled. Two modern tvs. Breakfast was typical of these type of places but with enough varity to please most people.

Excellent quality for the price. Good breakfast. Nice pool.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the warmest and friendliest gentleman. The room was exceptional and so was the breakfast. We can't wait to stay here again.

The facility was dirty and the pool was not working. The complementary breakfast was very watered down.

First off the pictures on the website is deceiving. The rooms look nothing like they are portrayed. The entrance seems okay, but then you walk down the hall, go into the elevator and into your room. It is so gross, the smells…sweat, armpits, a curry smell and mold smell. Everything is dirty, dusty and dingy. As I was walking to my room another guest came out and was saying how bad it stinks. He is so right. The desk attendant was rude and condescending. I asked if the card terminal was able to tap. He said yes, but not with your watch! He said I can’t use my watch and said I don’t know what I’m doing! Well guess what, it is an Apple Watch and I can and I did. Then he became super rude and treated me like I was a dumb little woman. If I wasn’t so tired after driving 9 hours I wouldn’t have stayed. My room also was dirty and stinky. My mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets scratchy. I will never stay at this hotel chain again. Oh and the breakfast was horrible. Apples were rotten, bread moldy and eggs were disgusting.

We really enjoyed our stay! Some things are a little out of date but well kept. Staff were very friendly! We picked the hotel because they had a room with 3 beds and it was great for our family of 5.

I cannot remember the gentleman that checked us in. But he was very nice and became our bestie that weekend. We had a great time and will definitely use this hotel again on our next visit.

The people next door were extremely loud and slamming and knocking on their door all night. I called the front desk at 1 am and asked them to help. They came up and just told them.. the room next to you called. And then they left. So the slamming and knocking continues. Around 2am I asked for help again and was told maybe WE should move rooms… not the disrespectful people

Staff was very friendly; however, the keys to the room don’t work after cleaning ladies come in the room to make beds, etc. . Two days in a row I had to go to the front desk. The 3rd day, I put the do not disturb sign on door and key worked when I got back.

Great customer service! Their breakfast is great, eggs, ham, biscuits, gravy, waffles and several other items. Highly recommend this location. If needed we will stay again.

Staff was very nice. Upon walking in they told me the elevators weren’t working. Not a big deal at all. They gave me 2 coupons for Texas Roadhouse. :) Room was very spacious & the area had several restaurants near. Breakfast was the normal. Would definitely stay again.

The check-in and staff were top-notch. The bathrooms and entry into the rooms have been remodeled. They removed all of the tubs and installed very large showers. Unfortunately, I prefer tubs, but it seems a higher percentage of travelers prefer shows, and they will benefit.

Clean quiet safe with free breakfast

Great experience BUT THE ELEVATOR was broken told it would be fixed the next day but 2.5 days later not working. We were placed on the 3rd floor and forced to walk up all the flights of stair with large heavy suitcases and a bad back.

Fine if you’re only closing your eyes to sleep. Minor billing issue where they hadn’t received their Expedia payment since I arrived at 11:30 PM, so they required another full payment as deposit, but the front desk clerk ran the full amount on my card three times. They reversed the charges next day no problem. Breakfast here only runs until 9 AM instead of 10 so I enjoyed a good cup of coffee and cold cereal before they took it all away while I was at the front desk working out the billing. Oh well, the Cracker Barrel down the street was good.

We’ve stayed here several times ! Always clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is awesome! We will stay here again!

Very friendly staff

Stay was good. They were in the process of renovation and was a bit noisy at times. Other than the noise, our stay was good.

It was an average roadside hotel, crashed for the night .Left early so didnt eat and did not use any of the facility

No working elevators. The room was quite damp when we checked in.
