Good hotel for an overnight stay. Everything was clean and secure. The beds were not thet comfortable but would stay again.

I travel to Louisville about every three months and always stay here. Good breakfast, great service, clean, quiet... the room has a kitchen with microwave, dishes, fridge, sink, glasses and flatware. There is a separate "living room" with desk, sofa, chair, coffee table and TV. The bedroom is separate from the rest with a door and has it's own TV. The bathroom has a magnifying mirror! It's like having an apartment for a few days. The clientele seem to be mainly utility workers who get up and go to bed early. They are quiet - which makes me happy. :-) Love this place!

I enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the step up to get into the shower was quite high and there was no handicap bar to hang onto. They should consider adding one. Very simple fix

Our room was filthy/dirty! There was hair in the sink and bathtub. There was ketchup all over the trash can in the bathroom. There was red stains on the tub, maybe fingernail polish? There was soap scum on the shampoo holder. There was paper trash under the sofa bed. But to top it all off. The floor in the kitchen area was nasty dirty. When i told front desk. They apologized and said they was short handed. I appreciate the apolgy, but that doesn't make it better. Also the hot tub was broken. It was drained down to about 6 inches. It was stinky and gross. They had nothing around it to prevent anyone from falling into it. I/we were told it was working when we checked in. Only to discover the unsafe gross mess!

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. All very clean and new feeling. Would definitely stay again. My only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs as the a/c kicking on was loud and it kind of rumbled. It woke me up a few times.

We were pleasantly surprised. We were just looking for an inexpensive bed for a quick overnight. The room was very large with a separate bedroom. The breakfast was plentiful. We will begin looking for this chain when booking hotels

This location needs an upgrade, The pool is old and dirty. The Hot tub was closed by the health department.
The sink and bathtub hardware were loose.
The free breakfast is poorly managed. Plastic silverware dispenser was out of most silverware each day, nobody monitoring and replenishing the food.
My hotel room was very loud, some machine behind the TV and closed door.
On the positive side the hotel was clean and the cleaning staff attentive.

I like the layout of the room, with a separate bedroom with a door and a lving room with two chairs and a pull-out sofa. It was conveniently located. There was a minor issue with the bathroom door getting stuck on the floor. I also dislike bedding with a thick comforter between sheets, which makes it hard to be comfortably cool.

Quiet neighborhood and worth value. Toilet seat was cracked in half and they replaced ASAP. Air conditioning unit rather load interrupted sleep but otherwise worked well.

It was fine for a one night stay. Clean and comfortable and nice size rooms w kitchen, 2 TVs etc. It would be nicer if they would upgrade the lobby/free breakfast area w new furniture and cabinets. It’s kind of old and beat up.

I especially liked having a mall and restaurants minutes away!
On the other hand, I was overall unimpressed with the staff. With the exception of a young lady named Cameron. Her service was IMMPECCABLE! She seemed GENUINE, and EXCEEDINGLY COURTEOUS AND MANNERABLE!
Whereas the other two females were quite nonchalant and dismissive!
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Moreover, this particular
hotel refused to render a late checkout. Yet, their parking lot stayed lightly occupied throughout the week.
Needless to say, my colleagues and I will be sure not
to stay at this location
upon return.

Room was dirty. Mattress on sofa sleeper was full of stains. Lady at front desk seemed very inconvenienced when asking for an additional fitted sheet. The one in the bag for the soda sleeper was stained.

We liked our stay here. It was quiet and the suite was spacious and clean. Our only issue was with the weakness of the toilet flush, often not flushing everything the first time. Other than that, everything was great,

WE were there for medical reasons & it was close to the hospital.

Average stay. Rooms were decent. Employees could be trained a little bit in "customer service". Not one person stood up from the front counter. I was ripped off from the vending machine, and was told to call the number. Breakfast variety was good but food was cold.
