Rented a handicap accessible room for my son after surgery. Room was ok but rather small for two people. We did not use any services so no interaction with staff other than check-in and check-out.

Very good place to stay for an overnight stay. I basically went in slept, and left early the next morning. The room vas very clean which matters most. Had a free breakfast and left. If you’re looking for a good place to sleep this place works, if you’re staying for multiple days it’s a little lacking in comfort items.

Great stay, clean room no issues, expect sometimes my key card would not work, but i got the help i needed to remedy the situation

One of the best hotel stays my son and I had on an across the Country Father/Son Roadtrip. Full nice kitchenette, super spacious and comfy room, great staff, excellent location. I would highly recommend for any type stay for near Louisville.

Our original hotel was over booked so the hotel tried to accommodate us with another extend stay hotel only 7 mins away from our Original location when we arrived we had to pick up the phone to speak with a representative of the hotel on the phone my husband and I where told that they were unable to accommodate us unless it was a multiple night stay after speaking with 2 hotels.com representatives and trying to find us a new hotel the representative had us go to another hotel extend a stay 20 mins away from our location after we have done told the agent we no longer wanted to try and stay or deal with any extend a stay he insist this hotel would work. When we arrived to that extend a stay we were told the same thing they could not accommodate us until 8am in the morning! After 3 hours later we where finally able to check in to a new hotel at 3am but we had to check out at 11am this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and when speaking with the representatives at the hotel they where completely rude and disrespectful! I love to stay at extend a stay when I do choose a hotel! But this was absolutely horrible and they where going to leave my husband and I out with no where to stay in a place that was 7 hours away from home.

The room was not as expected. The tv looked like it was going to fall off the base. The bed was lopsided. And uncomfortable. The door kept stopping because the base was broken.

I had a horrible experience. There were bugs, the furniture was cracked & broken. They had to give us another room when we first checked in because it was not clean. In the second room there were bugs, the towels were dirty. I was extremely unsatisfied

So dirty, bathroom sink water not going, smells bad, it is not suitable for family… it is like motel.

I have traveled to all 7 continents, 78 countries and this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Run down, tired and just plain broken. All Of which I could over look but…. BUGS. ROACHES. all over. Big roaches scampering about the room. Just gross. We paid $275 for one night for one room full of roaches.

Unabl we to sit in shower. Called office with clogged and told to come to office to get plunger and fix myself. no one came in AM to check on us.
