My kids had a good time in the pool and hot tub. Parking lot is a little tight, staff was friendly.

Thank you for the work being done on the room updates. I noticed that while the room was quite clean and the floor was quiet, the recent painting had left noticeable fumes, and additional rooms on the floor were also in the process of being painted.
I truly appreciate the improvements being made; however, I believe that completing the refresh one floor at a time might have been less disruptive for both guests and employees.

It was a very good stay but front desk ladies werent so nice had an attitude and rsrely spoke up when id politely ask to repeat herself but overall room stay was great and it was nice

I was reluctant to add a review because I didn’t want too many people to know about this “Hidden Gem”. Because of the staff being so kind and engaging, as well as the affordability, some folks may be less respectful of this property. Easy on and off HWY-50, Clean, comfortable, spacious…and the list goes on!

It was walkable to a family law courthouse where I worked, 15 minutes. Though it was industrial area, it was not dangerous to walk. Very convenient. Will stay there if I had another job to work there.

Horrible place to stay! The manager Jay is a nuisance, liar and attempts to charge money for things he previously said he would not charge for. In this case it was parking. Also, his attitude and demeanor along with a female front desk person of Indian persuasion.is horrible. It's worth mentioning that Erin and Ashika were fantastic, but Jay is crooked and tried to hustle me out of money for parking and pretend like he has no idea what he's doing.
Also, the rooms are cramped and poorly maintained. The cooling system is loud, the shower has a loud squeal, the bathtub is tiny and the desk chair was broken. This place is a dump. Someone approached me in the parking lot and tried to solicit me to buy fentanyl which he called "fetty" last night. I was awakened in the early morning hours by a druggie under my window who was rumbling through the garbage cans and coughing profusely!
It's just a terrible place to stay.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are left something to be desired. The jacuzzi was cold and needed to be cleaned.

The location was not all that great with only one entrance so we missed it first time but overall the hotel was clean. Showers were quiet. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was nice. I love the high ceiling and the privacy of bathroom.

In town for family gathering. Hotel was conveniently located to I50. Good value for the high quality of amenities, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Ramon was a true blessing. He took care of my kids and me, when we stayed a couple days for a sports camp. Management was amazing and very understanding as well.

Vey clean, friendly and responsive staff, but too many processed food choices in the breakfast. The indoor hot tub had a sharp protrusion on one of the jets that caused discomfort. Lots of outlets all over the room was appreciated.

Pretty comfortable room, beds. Busy freeway location. Lots of highway noise. Location is really a liability here. Got the feeling a lot of guests were long term residents. Seems overpriced for the location.
