Our stay in Springfield was a layover on our trip to KC.
This place was not far off our route so we decided to give it a try and it was perfect for an overnight stay. The lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly.
The room was a little dated, but it was well kept. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet so we had a good night’s sleep.

I was quite tried of going to grt keys for room and door. Almost everyday or twice a day our key cards would not work. Our last stay this also happened. There was trash in the bedside stand and stuff on carpet. I will probably wont dtay here again. Very disappointed.

Very nice stay. The only thing i would suggest is better coffee & creamer options. Everything else was great! Nice room & very clean. The people were extremely nice & friendly.

We had a good stay. We had a problem with cleaning the room. We were not aware that we had to ask to have fresh towels & our trash emptied daily. However, once we told them, they were good in providing them! The staff were very nice and super accommodating!

We were travelling from Canada and ran into alot of construction on tge way which made our 14hr druve turn into 16.5hrs making us very late for check in. Chevkin ends at midnight i called to let them know we would be in around 2 or 3 am and they said no problem. We showed up and the young man was sleeping on the office floor waiting for us. If i ever come bavk this way, i will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!!

A/C barely kept the room at 75 degrees, no shampoo in dispenser. Toilet didn't work properly, juice machine in breakfast area didn't work.

Loved the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The quietness of the facility was great and I thought its location was great. However, just a tad disappointed with the water pressure of the toilet. It took several attempts for the toilet to flush down the waste. Also, trash cans in room were too small and I had to use trash can in the bathroom because the one in the room filled up too fast. Beds were comfortable and TV was easy to use. I want to express that my overall experience was positive. Thanks.

I asked for a no contential breakfat and was told it was not that the place served a full breakfast with sausage etc. Found out it was biscuits and gravy as a contential stay. Plus, sheets were not i believed to be clean top sheet had stains and when laying in bed i notcied a bottle cap underneath all the covers. I do not think my room was really cleaned with all new fittings due too the evidence notced and another sheet had a big wet stain look going down the left side of the bed as you face it.

An older motel which I’m sure is scheduled for remodeling. Adequate accommodations and breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.
A basic motel and room. Housekeeping left top sheet off one bed. We asked for one and put it on.

Run down. Smells. Shower water drains slowly. Tissue box only had about five tissues. Inside walls making strange noise. Biscuit for biscuits and gravy were refrigerated temperature. One lamp not working. Room door key only works intermittently. This was rated near 7 stars. Very misleading. Another room had to be bleached by front desk employee. It appeared that another family left around 9 PM, but I don’t know for sure or the reason. The front desk employee was very friendly and made coffee for me, which was the only good thing.

The location was quite and the room was comfortable. The only real downside was that we could hear every conversation from the rooms on either side and in the hallway. Overall though, I'd happily stay here again.

This place right off major intersection in southeast Springfield but was safely hidden back a bit making it quiet. Also short walk to AMC theater and a major supermarket.

Hotel stay was ok room neeeded work, wall paper splitting at seams, breakfast needs a lot of improvment, biscuits were cold and hard must of been from day before. No eggs sauage or beacon. No elevator to second floor.

For a Days Inn I was pleased with everything. The people were helpful and friendly. The food was ok. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, muffins, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee and juice. What more could you want. The beds were comfortable and clean. We had soap and shampoo, TV and it was quiet. I give 5 stars. It's a motel that did its job. I was comfortable the whole time.

We found the personnel very friendly, and helpful! The room was very clean but the furnishings were very worn and damaged. One chair was not very stable to sit in. The hall interior is worn. Just needs updated!
With that said I'd still would recommend this hotel.
