Infelizmente fomos surpreendidos com a cobrança de estacionamento, pois não há menção na reserva. Apenas informam possuir estacionamento privativo.
O banheiro apesar de espaçoso e bom, peca pela pouca luminosidade e pelo chuveiro parcialmente entupido (não foi consertado como solicitado).

O hotel é incrivel, porem um hotel desta classe nao ter alguem pra pegar as bagagens é lamentavel, fiquei um tempo aguardando e ninguem apareceu, tive que mudar meu carro de lugar 2 vezes ate descer a bagagem sozinnho e subi-la sozinho pro apartamento, no checkout idem. no primeiro dia a cortina blackout ou estava bem escondida ou nao tinha pq nao achei ai reclamei e deu certo. Nao havia alcool gel nas entradas dos elevadores nem dentro deles. Nao ha opcoes de arroz integral nem massa tipo macarrao ou pizza.

Really liked the hotel overall. Breakfast was nice. I like the modern style. The service was hit or miss - some people very good, then some people who don’t belong. Bed was comfortable. EXCELLENT area.

The maids closet was right outside of our door and they would socialize very loudly at all hours of the day. This made sleeping in the morning or taking naps impossible.
The room service was very bad. The pasta was over cooked and the cream sauce had settled like a gelatin by the time it got to our room. The chicken was also Overcooked and dry. I think the food had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while before being delivered to our room.

Terrivel. Hotel esta todo em reforma, restaurante, apartamentos.
Ficamos no 19º andar e o 20º estava em reforma. De manhã, as 8:00hrs começava o barulho de marretas quebrando paredes. Pedimos para mudar de quarto. Nos passaram para o 12º andar quando chegamos no quarto, estava imundo, cheio de mosquitos no chão que não dava nem para andar. Tivemos que ficar no banheiro esperando que limpassem.
Quando limparam, estávamos nos ajeitando no quarto quando chegou outro casal para ficar no mesmo quarto.
Tiveram que retornar à recepção para pegar outro quarto.
Enfim, estadia horrível!

Já tinha me hospedado outras vezes, contudo agora achei que lamentavelmente o serviço caiu. Não havia restaurante aberto ou serviço de quarto, as acomodações estão velhas, o restaurante em reforma e maior pecado é que quando deixamos o carro no estacionamento no subsolo, os elevadores não estavam funcionando onde tivemos que subir tudo à pé e ainda de madrugada passando por fora do hotel com risco de ser assaltado. Uma pena porque a localização é maravilhosa.

Foi rápida, apenas 2 dias. Sentimos que o ar condicionado era muito barulhento e o frigobar não estava funcionando. Chuveiro fraco, sem pressão. Toalhas pequenas e muito finas. Xampus e sabonetes de qualidade inferior.

We had stayed here about 5 years ago and were very impressed then. Less impressed on this trip. 5 years had not aged well. Bare minimum standards, I.e 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, no blanket. No coffee maker in-room. No iron in room.
Upsides: good location, great rate. Love Sao Paulo!
