The heating and cooling unit was very loud and had a tough time cooling the room.

Clean, modern enough and very very walkable in the downtown area. Mattress was a bit soft and lumpy for my husband . Breakfast is bread, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal and drinks .

Clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Perfect for a place to crash and good value if you're solo traveling and need somewhere to sleep.

Our room was simple but the beds were good, plenty of towels and clean linen. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the outside temperature so it was pretty warm but dropped considerably at night. Staff was friendly and breakfast was simple but clean and well stocked.

Although the property is older it was clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing and stayed open till 10pm. The breakfast was also good. Although the air conditioner controls were above my head I was able to easily activate them by using a hanger to push a button. The staff was helpful and the property was quiet.

Overall a great stay. It was a little noisy but you’re downtown and it’s certainly not the staffs fault. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but definitely not the worst either. I would stay again when in the area.

I had to book the room very last minute and wasnt expecting much. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and we even had a lovely continental breakfast. Would stay again.

There was nothing spectacular about our stay. It served its purpose.
The water pressure was very low in the room I stayed in. To adjust the AC temperature, I had to stand on an unstable chair to reach the controls.

Got there at 1:30. Lobby closed at all times. No one would answer the buzzer. Finally found someone after 30 minutes. Noisy with sirens at night. Homeless sleeping under windows of rooms on sidewalk. Downtown area a little sketchy. Morning breakfast opened at 7:30am instead of 7am. Very limited breakfast. Pool dirty with limited chairs.

WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW I RECEIVED A TEXT FROM HOTEL MANAGER ASKING HOW CAN THEY MAKE OUR STAY MORE COMFORTABLE. I WAS ABLE TO RESPOND ABOUT OUR SON WITH BROKEN LEGG NEEDING DOWNSTAIRS. THEY WERE SO FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING.

Our unplanned overnight in Redding has turned into a fun (albeit HOT) opportunity to get to know downtown from our Thunderbird home base.

It’s an updated / renovated older motel. They did a good job with it! It still feels like a motel though. Lots of noise late at night. Free breakfast was better than expected!

This is an older motel but upgraded and very clean. We slept great even though
it was 115 degree F weather. The manager was friendly and check in was easy. Our AC was on when we got to our room. The pool was a refreshing spot after a long drive. The free continental breakfast was better than Holiday Inn express!

On a busy very noisy street! Not enough working usb plugs and outlets. Not enough coffee stuff in room. Breakfast and coffee room not open until 7 am. Pancake machine and juice machine not working.

Clean, cozy room, but the A/C unit was in the wall by the closet and partially blocked by the wall so the bedroom didn't quite cool down much.
