Lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm but right opposite the beach with an uninterrupted view of the beach from all rooms. Lovely to wake up with the sun on your balcony. Staff were really good and helpful. Only had breakfast but found that they had everything you could want and very tasty. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Great location at the beach with ok rooms. Gym almost non existent though, the service so so and the breakfast 3/5. Key card stopped working every day so had to get it fixed over and over. Very thin walls, heard the neighbors talk all the time even though they were speaking at a normal volume. Decent stay not more.

Nice clean hotel. It is dated, but serviceable. Food was nice, nothing outstanding. Beautiful views over Benidorm & pleasant location.
For me personally major downside was no tea/coffee facilities.

Clean quiet hotel. Only negative point was we had ordered 2 packed breakfasts to leave early for our flight home and when checking out there was no breakfast for us to take with us so wasn’t happy seeing as we had already paid for it

Excellent value - fantastic views of the sea from my balcony and friendly helpful staff who allowed me to check in early - room looks a little dated but perfectly acceptable for the price paid - very satisfied and highly recommended

Stayed for one night . Great value for a good quality hotel. Night life and restaurants not far away ? Walkable , overnight parking close by. Staff helpful and friendly.

After a few small bumps in the road were ironed out everything was fine.
As a single guest, I did not need three beds in the room just taking up space. The fridge did not cool sufficiently. Reception dealt with this and then everything was good.

Reception staff acts like you owe them money, not very friendly. Property is old and obsolete but good location. Breakfast is also not very impressive but decent.

We had such a great time in this hotel. The staff was so kind and wholesome, always asking if we needed something. All in all an amazing experience.

This is advertised on Expedia as 4* it is actually a 3* and I am surprised it has 3! Very basic facilities a real throw back from the 80’s The swimming pool was grimey and the steps unsafe. No disabled access. The breakfast was quite apalling thank goodness I did not book for dinner. I would say avoid this place unless you have very low standards!

Only one electrical plug in the room and the walls are so thin, you can hear the people next door whispering.
The reception personnel is good except for one by the name of MINH, a very rude unpleasant person.

The Hotel Poseidon Playa was a fantastic place to stay. Warm and friendly staff. Entertainment excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food amazing with lots of choices. 10 out of 10

Nice hotel close to the beach, with all rooms having sea view, but much noise from neighbor rooms. The beach area is walkable in both directions to access restaurants and bars. The hotel organize events in first floor each night, many of them with dance.

A nice hotel in the Poniente district of Benidorm which was enjoyable for our short stay
The hotel had a car park if you are driving however it is not the best, more of a dirt track, & for our 3 day stay of was 15 euro.
Other than that the hotel was well positioned with lovely sea views

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, beds were so comfortable. Stayed in a B&B basis, expected a continental breakfast it was a full buffet with eggs, bacon etc as well as continental. Was quite a walk to Tapas alley and Levante beach which we didn’t mind. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Poseidon playa. The view from the room and balcony is fantastic and the bed was very comfy. Half board menu was buffet style with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and courteous

Ive stayed here many times before as it is ideally situated with great views.
Breakfast was a little chaotic last time but they seem to be better organised at this visit. Would recommend

All in all a good place to stay. Staff friendly, food selection good and cleanliness excellent. Spectacular view of the sea.
Just a couple of little niggles, 5 euros a day to park on a rough piece of ground seemed a little steep. Couldnt see any sort of extractor in a bathroom with no windows and was disturbed by the TV next door. Also a long time to wait for one of the 4 lifts, that serviced 17 floors. Though none of these points would stop me coming here again.

Very clean hotel. Maid service every day. Mask wearing rule enforced which i felt safe with. Staff were wonderful in my opinion. Hats of to Toni who was in charge of entertainment which was good. Wide choice of buffet food.

The location is perfect. Beautiful views and a really comfortable clean room. But the staff is really really awkward. And the restaurant situation is strange. Would stay here again but definitely would not eat here.

Lovely room with walk in shower which i requested. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony and view excellent. Bit of a walk to old town for me but if you're more mobile it's an enjoyable walk along the beach front.

On the down side we found the in house entertainment catered more on the older side with a lot of dancing also its very spanish orientated
Walls are paper thin i could hear the people next door snoring but rooms nice very clean and spacious enough
