I would never recommend someone to stay at Ushuaia. We stayed in the club hotel and I was shocked that they can call it a five star resort and charge the prices they do. There is rust all over the floor, the cheapest interior and the bathroom floor was soaking wet every time we showered. It is more like a dive hotel except you pay an outrageous amount for the club experience. You’re better off to stay anywhere and just pay for tickets to the events. When we mentioned our opinion to the staff upon checkout about how the place is a dump, they told us “Yes, it’s because it’s for the club so people destroy them.” Which is an outageous claim to make because while understandable…. with the rates they charge for everything surely they can afford better upkeep and maintenance. Even the lobby was at best a 3 star lobby experience (and that’s being generous). A friend of ours was staying here at the same time and their room actually smelled like mold and their air conditioning was barely working. The worst.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty.

Water should be included in the room and not a part of a separate pack. Pool needs to stay open till 2 am or 12 am, not 8pm.

Liked: Cleanliness, convenience and proximity to the Ushuaia beach club, cleanliness and amenities. Disliked: Check-in experience was poor. Check-in time was 3pm and a room could not be provided to us until 3 hours later which was unacceptable especially given we reached out on three separate occasions to enquire when a room would be provided only to be told 'it'll be ready in 10-15 minutes' each and every time. No compensation was offered. This impacted our plans for the rest of the day as we had been travelling for quite some time which is why the overall score is only average.

Always fun to stay but worse experience than last year. Supposed to be adults only but the beach club was full of children. Less service than last year and the rooms in worse condition.

The service for a hotel at this price should have been better, there were so many staff but they would walk right by and not ask if you needed anything. They could be making a lot more money if their people just were trained and managed better. AC didn’t work well and when we called the front desk no one amswered.

No bigger party than in Ushuaia! 5 nights of resident DJ’s 2 Free tickets when you room there for each night. There worth 100€ each a night. You will save a massive bill on alcohol because you buy a few bottles and bring them to your room. Is 25€ a drink if you buy at bar during the party. Supermarket is a block away for bottles! AC in rooms are Mediocre at best. I stayed in room 5106 and I loved it, best view of ocean for that side. Also Far enough away and close enough when the show is going on. The convenience of the hotel is amazing. 9min from airport 30 seconds fro HI Ibiza. Beach in front of Hotel is fantastic. Beach service has a very nice staff. Cabs readily available across street. I would stay there again!!

They moved our room four times because the air conditioning did not work in each of the rooms. They charged us a $300 upgrade fee to upgrade to a suite which was supposed to come two waters a day for free and then proceeded to charge us $15 for two waters that were supposed to be free. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would like to talk to someone about getting my charges credited back. Thank you.

Our stay here has been the highlight of our entire trip. We booked a last minute reservation after a horrible experience at another hotel in Ibiza, and it was phenomenal! All of the staff were so courteous and helpful, and went out of their way to make our experience perfect after our horrible experience elsewhere. Alexandra turned our trip completely around.

I recently stayed at Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype or the hefty price tag. The shows, which are a significant draw for many guests, end at 11 PM. This early finish is quite disappointing, especially for Ibiza, known for its vibrant nightlife. After the shows end, there's no music, leaving the atmosphere quite dull for the remainder of the evening. Additionally, the hotel does not allow any non-guests to enter, which can be quite inconvenient if you want to invite friends over. This policy feels overly restrictive and not in line with the open, social vibe that Ibiza is famous for. Be prepared to be nickel-and-dimed for everything. They even charge for basic items like tissues or a lemon to go with your tequila, which is unacceptable at a high-end hotel. Moreover, the customer service is severely lacking. The staff seems more interested in selling you things you don't need rather than ensuring you have a pleasant stay. It feels like they're constantly trying to upsell rather than attending to your needs. Overall, Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel did not meet my expectations. For the price, I expected a much higher level of service and a more enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a true Ibiza experience, you might want to consider other options.

This hotel is amazing!! They offered a free bottle of champagne for my stay. The staff was so unbelievably nice and helpful and never made me feel stupid or unwelcome. There is no better way to experience this place than I did. This has been a dream.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The level of customer service and the thoughtfulness and experience of staying here blows every hotel out of the water. Think of an amenity and they have provided it. The entire property and room was so clean! The room was huge, the location in Ibiza was amazing, the staff was great. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Ibiza!

Awesome party! World’s best! Unfortunately, my TV didn’t work for the full 3 days that I was there. The hotel couldn’t fix it. On my last morning, the hot water gave out. I had to use another room to shower. Other than that. The experience was out of this world. Parties in Ibiza Ushuaïa is an once in a life time experience.

Staff very unfriendly and strict around visitors. Had friend live in area come visit but couldn’t be in my room without being registered with full info, even when not event night.
