It was a fantastic stay!

This is my second stay at this property. It was very comfortable and clean. I’ll be back.

It was very comfy-the pool was closed that was a huge bummer, and didn’t get reimbursed for that. Breakfast was good and staff on site was very friendly

Would post photo but wasnt the properties fault. Workers now days dont take pride in thier performance

Rooms were very nice. The only complaint we had was our room was right next to the stair well and we could hear people going up and down them constantly. Other than that it was great.

This to me seems like a run down hotel that had a facelift during the travel boom. Iys a bit of a depressing place to stay. The indoor pool I regret swimming in and in retrospect felt disgusting. I stayed here out of necessity transiting through grand junction, and if I would look for a better place next time. The one standout was the included breakfast which was better than expected

Both times received a handy cap room, I am not handy capped and have not requested the room. Coffee not very good. Like that it is within walking distance to mall

The property was close to a major roadway. Making it easy to go around town.

Everything about the hotel was great. We did have a 24 foot trailer and there was not great parking for it. We were lucky there weren’t many guest at the time of our stay so we could use multiple parking spots.

Overall okay. The shower inside curtain stunk reallly bad and was moldy. The stunk was strong. The shampoo conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty too.

Service was good. Room wasn't as clean as I'd expected with the reviews I read beforehand (floors were dirty and sticky and there was hair as if it hadn't been swept/mopped). The pool area and workout center were clean and great. The continental breakfast was great. The worst part was the guests above us were so loud and you can hear the walking above us (hard to get to sleep).

I checked in about 430 pm. Asked where to park my motorcycle. Was treated very well at that time and was told I could park on the sidewalk close to the entrance. When I returned at 830pm I parked as instructed. At 940pm I received a very rude call from Xena Cousins. I was told three times very rudely to immediately move my motorcycle now or it will be towed. I explained that I was told to park there earlier by staff. Rather than showing some understanding, I was told to move it immediately. Since I had gone to bed, I got dressed, moved the bike over a short distance under the awning and got approval that was acceptable. That wasn’t the end of the rudeness. I explained I didn’t like being treated like that and started to realize I was being discriminated against since I had encountered Xena at 830pm when I returned and parked on the sidewalk without her saying a word. I asked for the manager upon checking out the next morning at about 9am but he was not there yet. Took one of his cards and called him while traveling. Eric Yarina was equally as rude on the phone and told me he was present during the whole thing the night before but didn’t come out from behind the wall to help solve the issue. This is when I realized the issue with the staff was due to poor management and all around attitude. By the way I was told by a staff member at breakfast that motorcycles park on the sidewalk all the time and management is a joke.

Great hotel the only thing was that under the sink in our room there were a few dead bugs.

Came in for the night, gentleman at the front desk was friendly and professional. We were really late checking and he was very understanding. Great room, great price, great breakfast

Staff was good. Breakfast was good. Close to all the outdoors things we wanted to do.

Very friendly staff, super clean hotel. Great breakfast, the kids loved watching the pancake maker.

Best room darkening shades ever. Delicious breakfast that was replenished often. Friendly staff, but when checking in they told us the pool closed at 10. It actually closed at 11, which was even better. We stayed in a Suite with a king bed and two queens. It was an handicap accessible room. I wish there would have been counter space in the bathroom. Our shower floor was bowed with a hump in the middle and our shower head kept slipping down. There wasn’t a hook to hang our towel on to reach when getting out of the shower. I wish there were more hooks to hang towels to drive. The alarm clock in our room was the wrong time, so I fixed it. I looked at the clock in the morning and it said 8:45 am. I thought I was running late so I got up and got ready, but it was only 6:45. Not sure if the clock is broken. The bed, pillow, and comforter was extremely comfortable. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

I pick this place for the pool and The pool was disgusting. Hot tub was dirty . Rain was coming out of the gym ceeling , rooms were good and there is a great Mexican restaurant next to.

It is a nice hotel but the beds are very uncomfortable. We both woke up with lower back pain. The beds have sinking wholes in them

Polyester bed linen, instead of cotton, made for a very uncomfortable, sweaty, and burning hot night. Other than that, everything was great.

Great Place except room Could be cleaned better

We Loved our stay and the room was fantastic. Breakfast was great. So many selections to choose from.

We were very pleased with the staff checkin went great rooms were well put together and updated. The pool and spa was nice and well kept. Breakfast was diverse in options very neat and good food selections. The staff was very friendly and curtious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Bathroom has no counter

We had a lovely time here. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was of good quality. My only complaint is that the fan in the bathroom was not working and the hand soap dispenser was empty.
