This was absolutely a very disgusted place. My wife and I had asked for a non smoke room, and the room smelled terribly like smoke. Secondly, there were holes throughout the room,roaches laying on the floor, shower, and the counter top. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone.

Dirty room, hair on sheets, filthy bathroom, walls and doors.

The place was really gross very dirty by wife cut Her foot on a broken piece of glass that was left in the room that she didn't see in the dark and the staff is terrible they have no. Cart to help with luggage and they smell disgusting. They refused to return my deposit because I had to make 10 trips out to the car was all my luggage.

They gave us a room on the third floor my partner had just recently had knee surgery and the elevators where out of service and plus I had an emergency that I had to travel to Odessa they didn't bothered to transfer or give a refund back.

Leak water

This hotel views the only elevator they have as a personal favor that they allow you to use it when you are carrying your bags to the 2nd or 3rd floor. And the ice machine as a luxurious delicacy that is shared too sparingly to provide enough ice for comfort in the south Texas summer. The staff treat the guests like the riffraff they are rude, raise their voices, embellish and lie. Look, I don't know why people choose to own, manage and work as customer service hospitality jobs in places like motel 6. No one forced you to take this job. The job is to treat your patrons with an orderly respect that maintains a constant professional environment. Maybe if you don't have an interest in that you should find another job.

What is advertised on-line and what the property actually looks like,are 2 complete different things. Service was amazing, Ceasar was very welcoming. Elevator was out of order, i requested 1st floor and ended up on 3rd. Made it hard,with an injured foot. Bedding, linen and everywhere, is dirty and outdated. This location has potential, but is lacking lots of TLC. Property is due for a major remodel and repair all throughout.

My husband and I prepaid for 2 nights were assured our 2 dogs were welcome. Upon arrival at a little past 8pm, the temperature outside was 97 as there was a heatwave in the area. The entrance to the place is hard to find as the sign is old and sun bleached. On arrival my husband went and checked us in and got our room key. After which we walked our dogs along side a narrow strip of dirt along the brick wall where you park your car where it was filled with litter and dog waste. Once walked, we headed to our room and I immediately noticed that it was hotter inside the lobby than it was outside and the only elevator out of service. However, I watched an employee using it while guests weren’t allowed. Upon entering the room, I went pee and immediately noted ashes in the bathroom sink. The ceiling appeared to leak or have leaked in the past, the fixtures were old and in need of replacement, the bed looked like something someone might have pulled from a dumpster and I began to worry about bedbugs. I went over to turn on the air conditioner it wouldn’t come on. My husband went down to complain and so we were given another room a few doors down. We got there and again the ac wouldn’t work. So I went to the car with our dogs because they were overheating while my husband complained once again. They gave him another room but this time the tv didn’t work. Fed up, we asked for a refund which we were lied to and told was approved (which now we’re still fighting for) and went to la Quinta

It was a terrible experience,the service and the attitude of the personal very bad they charge me double and I haven’t receive my refund.

Great hotel….

Property was dirty and very run down. I have stayed at many motel 6 and never had an issue. Needless to say we checked out right after checking in.

That property needs a make over

I wish I could attach pictures but this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have been in cleaner deployed locations that lack the ability to have sanitation. The overall hotel has a smell and gets worst as you make your way to your room. Then when your inside its even worst. The beds were not made and had stains on the sheet. The walls were dirty and you could see the hand prints and other stuff rubbed into it. The maintenance of the room is not up kept up and just poor. Overall we should have just slept in the car.

Horrible place I want my money back. I checked in and checked right out I didn’t even stay! The sheets had pee stains all over them! It was so disgusting everywhere in the hotel and room!! Do not stay there!!!!!

Looks good from the outside but the inside is dirty. 2nd floor hallway had trash and smelled of vomit. Room was better than the hall, but bathroom was dirty.

It was probably the worst night i have spent in a hotel/motel. It was dirty from bathroom to beds to the floors. There were holes in the walls. It was bad

Both beds were missing comforters and was giving a gray blanket instead. There was no hot water barely warm. Sheets had stains would not recommend to come again.
