The new upgrades and renovations all look fantastic. They did a great job.
Only (minor) complaint is that the internet was slowish and the tv would buffer. But everything else is great. Close to Go station.

Hotel was in great condition, newly decorated and looks great. Only thing was the room was on the smaller side, but everything in the room was very nice. The free Breakfast was only a smidgen more than a continental breakfast. Staff was very nice.

The room was very pretty. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful but not very convenient. There was no room around the sink to put anything. The shower, again beautiful but could be improved. Cheap tissues. I would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the sliding door on the first floor rooms, close enough of a drive to anything you might need, albeit busy due to location. Had an end room and wasn't bothered in the slightest by any outside noises. Bathroom was clean and bright, and the room was also very clean.

Front start to finish, this place was great.
Don't let the outside apperance on the corner of a busy road fool you. The place was very nicely decorated, check-in was a breeze. Parking was convenient, though if you have heavy luggage or multiple bags note there are no elevators.
The room was tight but clean and upgraded nicely.
Had all of the amenities needed, including in shower shampoo and conditioner.
The bed was super comfy, pillows were so so, but after a long day worked fine.
The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff server was a busy bee, working very hard to accommodate the very busy time. The space for breakfast was too small, they did expand outside but obviously wouldnt work in winter.
Overall our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend and if ever needing to stay in Toronto, would stay again.

It was very clean, but here are the down parts.
1st no coffee machines in the room so you have to go to the lobby to get coffee or tea
2nd the bed is hard very hard and the pillows are to soft. So otherwise we didn't have good sleeps. If you like a very firm mattress then you will be happy.

The hotel and staff were excellent. We stayed there for 3 nights, everyday we came back to a clean room with fresh towels and a bed that was made which was well appreciated. Our room was spacious for a hotel room and had a sitting area with a couch. Breakfast there was also great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if in the area.

Room was great. If you want to check in early, you need to pay an additional fee, which I have never had that at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Breakfest was okay - eggs were bad. Not too many choices, but enough to get us going for the day. Not much around the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The outdoor grounds are looked after well.
It is about 15-20 minutes away from central Toronto by car.
There are shopping outlets, including a large mall, within a reasonable walking distance.
The staff are very friendly and were really supportive when we had flight issues.
The breakfast options are good although the indoor eating area is small. There is outdoor seating under a tent if needed.
The room was very clean with very good amenities.
I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff that made this a very pleasant stay.

We've always been happy with our stays at the Stay Inn. However this time we called ahead to add another person to our reservation and were told that we could for an small additional charge. No Problem. When we arrived we were told we couldn't do that and we had to take a different room at a higher rate. We weren't happy about the situation and they wouldn't work with us at all. Not a great stay!!!!

Weve stayed at this hotel multiple times before and love it, that's why we return. This trip was a bit different, it was more noise or thumping than before. Also the breakfast was not replenished like it should have been. If the breakfats us available until 10am on sundays, it should be available until then and especially at 9:20am when we attempted to eat. There were no bagels, no muffins, no sausage or bacon. Very little eggs, very little beans. Whwn i asked at the front desk, the man got the maids to put 6 more sausages out, but that was it. So we weren’t satisfied like in our previous stays. We left and ended up viying breakfast. Which isnt ok, since we comtinuento book with Stay Inn as the breakfast is included.
