Clean little place. Nice helpful staff especially Wu San. It is a very small "apartment". The two spaces called bedrooms have a tiny wall between them and a moving door to close the room. Not sound proof between spaces. The washing machine dryer didn't dry and they couldn't fix it so let us use the neighbour appt dryer.
All in all recommended for a family with kids. The area lacks decent dining options but has a lot of grocery shops around.

The staff were *wonderful*. The room was nice enough. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but I would sleep on it again. The Internet was free but dropped continually. There is a nice Chinese restaurant down the street
But for us this hotel wasn't a good fit. Our assigned room required about 7 stair steps, which could not accommodate a disability scooter. The desk managed to get us reassigned to a new room on the second floor, and there is a lift, so we were able to get to the room.
But the lift was small, and because you enter from the side and leave from the back, we weren't able to use it without manually lifting the scooter a bit to get in. Also, it seems the lift might be temperamental, because there's a sign that recommends that you don't use the elevator at night after the front desk closes. I would not recommend this place for those with disability access needs.

Steven at reception was so personable he upgraded us and the room was just what we needed to get to the airport in the morning. Also the couple restaurant choices steps away was a plus.

Good stay. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. The location is only a 15 min walk from literally dozens of great seafood restaurants. Best dinner we had in Italy!

Great place near the airport. Only down side is the taxis charge 35€ to get there. There is a shuttle that was only €20 to go back to the airport though. Great service & really nice room. Shower was slippery and there were several loose tiles in the room. Those were the only things wrong.

The reception gentleman Alejandro was very nice, respectful and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Very affordable compared to center city prices for much smaller rooms in a chaotic atmosphere. Our room was convenient for the airport in am.

This property is amazing! The staff was welcoming, and super helpful. The location is exactly mid point between the colousseum and the Vatican. We did not care for being directly above a restaurant as it was noisey and did keep us up a few nights but the benefits of this apartment far outweighed the inconveniences. We loved the historic feel of this apartment and really appreciated how it made our trip to Rome that much more special.

Property has some serious issues with water mixer in the bathroom. Nearly impossible to adjust water flow steady, goes hot to cold randomly. Third bed was an actual sofa that wasn't made for us upon arrival. Pillow had no pillow case which was quite disgusting. Toiletries are poor quality. I would suggest to bring your own.

This was a good location for getting to the airport for an early flight but kinda an odd location, residential. We checked in then went across the street to the rooms. Great they had a lift to get our bags upstairs without have to walk them up. Room was fine, clean and bed comfortable just the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy. Felt safe enough walking down the street for dinner. Great service setting up our transfer via van to the airport.

The men that greeted and checked us in were so friendly and helpful. Immediately took our bags, walked them and us to our room and recommended nice restaurants to eat at that were walkable. Very convenient and close to Fiumicino airport and arranged Mr. Luigi to shuttle us to airport early the next morning.

Office was on one side of the street and the rooms were on the other. Only had elevators for luggage to floors 2 and 3. Our luggage stopped between floors 1 and 2. Manager after failing to get our luggage to our 3rd floor room finally got our luggage out on ground floor and changed our room to first floor. Everything looked out of date and well worn. Heat pump only worked in one out of two rooms. Shower would not stay warm. Hotel manager scheduled shuttle to airport didn't show up and had to take Uber at last moment.

Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Had to take a taxi from the airport as they only offer a shuttle when you go to the airport. Also shuttle is not free. These things should be made clearer on the web site
