This was a very relaxing location and access via boat to a private beach. Would highly recommend! Extremely clean, quiet and great staff.

Very good service, everything super friendly. The food was very good. the apartments have a lot of space and the location of the hotel is spectacular, and very clean. This year my family and I have visited here twice and it has definitely become our favorite place. The river is super big and the setting is wonderful. Always very well attended by Sam, Valeria and the cafeteria Danny.

This resort is amazing. We went to Ft Myers to shop for a wedding dress and loved this resort for a weekend getaway. We loved the lazy river and activities by the pool. We will be back

They said the room was ready when it wasn't, which was a 2-hour delay.
Which was not before 4:00 pm, however the pools were amazing The lazy River was amazing it wasn't as far off of the main road as it seems with everything.
We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back

Wonderful stay!! My only negative feedback, check out is 10am and the latest they will accommodate for a late checkout request is 10:30 no matter if they have the availability or not and room service was disappointing. Order took over an hour and food was cold but they did provide a credit to remedy the situation. Otherwise beautiful room, beautiful views, wonderful pools, just an overall great getaway.

My experience was good but I noted that there is not enough supervision around the pool area and lazy river, Around adults pool there were a lot of kids playing and yelling until 11:00 PM,I have been here before but I have never seen something like that before

The property was pretty and had a lot to offer. We thought there would be more events for kids, but none really happened. The most frustrating part was the pool and bar closing so early! We went on excursions during the day then couldn't come enjoy a drink and the pool at night.

My wife and I went on our 1st vacation together in 5 years here at the Hyatt Vacation Club. Everything was absolutely perfect! The entire staff from Front Desk to Housekeeping was extremely nice and helpful. The ONLY "issue" that I had was what they call the "Concierge" desk should read, "Sales" desk. There is no Concierge service, just VC sales. When I requested assistance with a reservation, I was told to "Look it up and call when they're open." That aside, I would HIGHLY recommend this property for any Romantic or Family vacation! My wife and I had a wonderful time.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. Despite making a reservation for 4 people, the property only accommodated for 2. There were no extra blankets or pillows available, and to make matters worse, the reception closed at 11pm. Due to overbooking, I had to leave earlier than planned, resulting in a loss of money. To top it off, I was nearly charged $299 for a room charge that was added by “mistake”. I advise caution when considering this property for your stay.

The property is beautiful and the amenities are great.... but the rooms reek of mold!!! They must've sat vacant w/o AC after hurricane IAN. Had to switch rooms bc the first one was so bad. Switched to another building and that room seemed better but then we went to the pool all day. Once we came back in the evening it also reeked of mold. It was too late with kiddos to switch again (and most likely just get another moldy room) so we sucked it up for the night. We could not wait to get home and shower and wash our clothes. The rooms need updating and remediation. Also so upsetting you can't use the waterpark at the Hyatt next door anymore. That was always the perk for staying at the condos. We will NOT be back. Staff however were very kind and accommodating. It's not their fault the condos are mold ridden.

Came to this hotel about 12 years ago when it was newer, rooms look the same, updates need to be made to freshen the rooms. Also in our 3 days, we never saw a maid, called the front desk and was told after 2 days, she would be stopping in, never saw her. Pool and lazy river are still awesome and the bartenders were awesome. Grounds are beautiful.

This place has almost everything you need! They has a list of items that they would provide and more then half they were out of. Like a brush laundry bag slippers. I think this place is a great family friendly atmosphere! You literally do not need to go to and other beaches as they shuttle you to one that is nice and quite and we saw over 4 follow back one day! Our kids loved the movie biewing and game room! The only other complaints would be the smell that came out of our bath tub was not ok 😕 the showers had a very hard time draining. And the room didnt seem very well cleaned at our arrival. But staff was great until we requested a late check out. After getting our flight delayed 😑

This place was great except for the fact that every morning at 7:30am, the grounds crew at the golf course would use their machinery that would wake me up. Lazy River was awesome and the hot tub was bubbly. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
