All staff was great

Website said you had beach access and shuttles to the other close by Hyatt Resort, but then at check in I was told those things are no longer provided. I get that there are still damages from Ian but you have to state that. I wanted those things and paid more money for those things but did not get them. I had to walk to the other resort (on the road because the side walk was there in some places but not in other places and there was a spot on the sidewalk where it said no trespassing) and I was passed by a shuttle driving employees around, did they offer me a ride, no. (could tell by uniforms and nametags) I was texted a number to use when I needed anything and I texted the night before I had to leave asking for an late check out and no one answered. The next morning I went to a meeting and when I came back to the resort my keys had been deactivated. Did not have a house keeper come until I checked out. Only one very small trash can in the room. Also they tried to give me a vacation club sales pitch - I paid for a hotel room from booking.com. NOT for a time share. Entrance to room smelled wet and moldy. No room service, no ice maker. You should not sell rooms on booking.com if you are more of a vacation club than a hotel.
