Came to town for the Raiders x Chiefs game and we really enjoyed our stay here! The staff here are so friendly. They also were able to accommodate an early check in before we headed to the game which was very much appreciated. The room and bathroom were clean and even the beds were comfortable. I'll definitely be staying here again when we come for another game!

The staff was amazing. The 2 receptionists that greeted us were awesome and made us feel like we were home.

They charged me 50 more each night higher than in original booking, and charged $40 service fee each night. Booked through hotel.com they won’t refund me promised booking price, and holiday inn does not want to refund me even after showing proof.

Wonderful stay! We chose the Holiday Inn for its proximity to Allegiant Stadium and we were very happy with our experience. The hotel room was clean, beds very comfortable, and the breakfast delicious, with excellent selection of hot dishes and cold. Our room was spacious.

Trash cans hadn't been emptied. No 2ash cloth or hand towel until I asked @ desk. Was told twice by same clerk they could prebook a cab for me for airport. Then was given a qr code when time to leave as only cab co. they use. Cab was $10 more than when I came,alot less traffic& didn't load bagor unload.

This was one of my worst hotels. The hotel was very dirty. The sheets didn't smell. Fresh carpet was gross and sticky bathroom. Was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever been on. I regretted it. We had problems with the toilet and flushing it. Also, the toilet was running water off and on all night because the tank was leaking and it had to keep refilling. The first time was at 11 a.m. at night and there was no maintenance on premises. We had to wait until the morning.

Customer service was great we were able to check into our room a little early around 1pm. Some of the amenities were not available- no laundry bag for clothes, no shower mat, and a few towels were slighty dirty. Everything else was great

Great spot if going to a raiders game. It’s walking distance to the arena and in n out. Place was very busy but the staff responded promptly to our request for more blankets and sheets for the pull out couch bed in our suite. Beds were comfy. Ac worked great (thank goodness), kids liked the pool, and breakfast was great. Our shower was gross - had pink mildew in it and it didn’t look like it had really been cleaned. I didn’t request they come up and clean it bc I had the sense they were understaffed as I heard a bit of scuffle between house cleaners. Everything else was great. We chose holiday in bc they had a suite room available for our family of 6. We would definitely stay again, unless we win the lottery in which case we will go stay at the Wynn.

Room 311 the bed sheet wasn’t washed, it was still dirty, make up was still on the bed sheet on one of the bed and the previous customer hairs was still on the bed and bed sheet.
The 2 bed the blanket has a huge black mark from dirty feet, the bed smells like some one urinate on the mattress.
Both rooms the bath tube wasn’t drained after showering, there was only 1 big towel in the room and 2 small hand towel.

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From check in to housekeeping to the breakfast crew-you could not ask for better customer service. They were sold out over the weekend we were there, but you would never have known it by how well they treated us! We would definitely stay there again!

Convenient and walkable to the event my family and I attended at Allegiant Stadium as well as food and restaurants. The room was clean and ready at check in time. Nice cold A/C for the Vegas heat. Free breakfast included. No complaints! Very happy with our stay.
