The location was great for the train station although and about a 10 minute walk to the grand canal. The rooms weren’t all that clean and the tv couldn’t be streamed to although it gave that option. The staff weee very helpful and polite.

Nice stay in Trieste. Small but fully adequate room. Helpful staff. The hotel is close to the railiway station and bus services which is good friom many practical aspects. However, there are as with all stations a certain amount of hang-arounds and bums that are not so pleasant, even if they seemed full of gheir own businesses and did not adress us.

We stayed only one night. The staff were very friendly and the common areas were clean and pleasant looking. We were surprised to find a large group of homeless living in the park across the road. The room was smaller than what the pics portrayed, none of the USB connections worked and the walls at the head of the bed was covered in so much dust you could see hand and finger marks on the wall. As well, we were on the 4th floor which had no window, just a skylight which let in little light. I would look elsewhere.

We stayed at this hotel prior to boarding our cruise in Trieste. Great location. Walking distance to main attractions and restaurants in Trieste. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. It was a very chaotic morning with many people looking for taxis and the staff were amazing and professional. The only complaint we had was the size of the showers. They were tiny! Would stay here again without question.

Just across the square from the station, and a short walk to the centre, this hotel is relatively new and in good condition, clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful, and speak excellent English.

B&B Hotel Trieste is not a 5 star hotel. It is a clean and comfortable place to stay. It is centrally located with easy access to the train station and other public transportation. The breakfast is quite nice and offered for a very reasonable price. The best part of B&B Hotel Trieste is the staff. All were kind, engaging and helpful. Daniella was exceptional in her helpfulness, humor and service. I wouldn't hesitate to return to B&B Hotel Trieste.

Good location for those travelling by train and also close to most things you want to see in Trieste.
Breakfast was okay, but the queue for the coffee machine wasn't good.
The shower wasn't very good.

The location was excellent, because was near to the trein estation. Good installations, friendly people. Good breakfast and price. This was additional to the value of the room. Was a good experience. I liked Trieste I believe I will come back.

Great location 2 mins from the station, large room with good air conditioning and friendly staff. Rooms comfortable enough and of a decent mid range standard. Excellent ice cream shop (Zampolli) just round the corner, not to be missed!

Disappointing - Air on not working properly- reported it to reception twice, who said they would come in to look at it - waited an hour and nobody came - reported it a 2nd time - still nobody did anything… I wasn’t going to ask a 3rd time, as obviously they didn’t intend doing anything.
Not up to the standard of the BB chain or other BB Hotels I have used in France and Germany

Hotel is nice but seems old, would be much nicer if they fixed to broken frames around the doors and the thing to hold the shower head was almost broken. But when you look past that the room is nice and even has tv in English. I would stay there again for sure

Good hotel for a short stay. The room wasn't too big and there were some sings of tear and wear in the bathroom. The hotel is right next to the bus and train stations, you can easily walk to all the attractions of Trieste.

Check-in and out were easy and quick. Though an excellent location to catch a train, we were a bit disappointed in the accommodations. The room had no couch or chair for relaxing, other than the bed; we had only 2 pillows and the bed was rather hard, And though a cappuccino or coffee only cost 1 euro, it would have been nice to have that available in our room or in the lounge, free of charge,

Excellent location for main railway station (5 mins walk max). Central sights also walking distance. Very spacious room. Staff keen to be helpful. Personally i didnt like the TV permanently on pop videos echoing through the public areas, but then I'm an old fogey, and this place profects a young vibe. Breakfast good value.

Enjoyable stay. Staff are super helpful and accomodating. Room is a good size, excellent WiFi and simple to use climate control. Comfy bed, decent shower. But lighting is poor. Very close to railway and bus stations but about a 10 minute walk from the city centre and decent places to eat. A great choice if you need to catch an early train/bus

This was a neat property in a good area.. My room was on top floor.. Did not have a window but had a skylight that open where you could stick head or camera out to view area.. The room was big, clean and comfortable.. The morning breakfast was really good also.. My only complaint would be no on site parking.. Had to go down a few blocks to a garage but that was an easy walk..

Very nice room, but very thin walls. Could hear one of the neighbours snoring very loudly. The TV was hanging a bit lopsided. I didn't use the TV at all during my stay, but I constantly had to turn it off during the night as it kept turning itself on... Annoying mails from the hotel constantly asking if everything was ok. On the day of departure the cleaning lady knocked on my door over an hour before check out time imploring if I would leave soon, making it seem like I was a major inconvenience for her. Otherwise everything was to my liking. Convenient in terms of closeness to the railway station.
