As a New Yorker we are not easily impressed, however Dream Hotel met our expectations far and beyond. From the moment you walk in the hotel smell captivates you. It's literally like walking into a dream. The front desk gentleman was beyond helpful and went out of his way to help us. Our room had a beautiful view. The shuttle service was very accessible. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the pizza from the hotel, it wasn't that good and it was expensive. Lastly, the blond bartender that services the restaurant was not very nice. She seemed annoyed at simple questions and her service was very poor. Since, we really didn't visit the bar, we didn't let her attitude affect us but for future guests this might represent an inconvenience. In any case, this hotel is a must stay when near Disneyland Paris and very affordable compared to Disney Hotels. Good job, Dream Hotel, we look forward to visiting you again in a near future. ♥️

Pretty grounds in this hotel close to Disney. Shuttle was extremely packed and sometimes made extra stops in the morning and sometimes did not. Bar was packed in the evening with loud children. Kind of wish the bar was separated from a family lounge area.

It’s got a year 2000 feel to it. Kids seem to quite like it.

When we arrived we were astonished that the "family room" had only half of an already small wardrobe available with only three hangers for clothes. There was virtually no floor space either so the entire week was spent picking wrinkled clothes from suitcases. This was made worse by the fact there was also no iron in the room. The room was far too warm and when I told reception the air conditioning wasnt working they told me they had turned it off for the entire hotel. Every guest I spoke to complained their room was too hot. The wifi was atrocious which is not good with 7 and 11 year old girls. The tvs had only basic tv which consisted of mostly french speaking channels and as they were not smart tvs we had no netflix or similar to fall back on (although with no wifi they would have been useless anyway.) The breakfast was also a massive let down. In a hotel full of brits i would have hoped for some English/Scottish breakfast options but the only sausages were curry sausages and the bacon was rock hard over cooked streaky bacon. No fried or poached eggs. No hash browns. No sausages or back bacon. No pancakes. Basically it is by far the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I would barely give it a 2 star. The hotel also charges for car parking. Pay each time you leave the car park. I thought this was ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. Sorry but I would avoid this place at all costs.

Lovely hotel and very convenient for a Disneyland trip. Quiet surroundings and good sized rooms. Complimentary shuttle bus was very hard to get as so busy serving multiple hotels- and usually just one or two in operation at one time, very poor service particularly at park closing. Housekeeping service only attempt once per day so if you were in the room at the time housekeeping will not try again and your room will not be cleaned - NOT a 4 star hotel service. Overall a good stay and would book again.

Great location. Convenient free buses and to disney. More food options should be available €37 per adult for a buffet is ridiculous!

The hotel was magical, spotlessly clean and perfect location. The shuttles were convenient, every 15 minutes with a countdown to the next bus in the reception. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, busy but food constantly replenished. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily with comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

Calm and quiet.

Great location for Disneyland. Only 10 mins ride from hotel on a free shuttle bus service. Spacious reception area, very nicely set up and clean room. Staff were very helpful. Nice play areas and indoor pool for children. Great breakfast. We had a wonderful 3 days stay at the hotel. Highly recommended with children.

This property was u believably quiet to be so close to Disneyland… maybe 10 minutes from their free shuttle service, as well as to the train station. I literally felt like I was on the set of Bridgerton - that was the vibe! The included breakfast was also delicious. I am a big fan of staying at a Disney branded hotel, but the ambience, breakfast, outdoor gardens and pool, and the price womb me over.

During the Olympic 2024 Pairs I need to escape that hustle. I’ve been this hotel 6 years ago. Now it's old even the new outdoor pool was finished. People forget Disney cuz the Paris Disney is not worth its ticket price like this hotel.

Easy check-in. Had to pay almost $100 Euros at check-in for an additional French tax in addition to booking which was pre-paid. Hotel is lovely set-up, rooms comfortable except kettle, hair dryer almost dead. No English Breakfast teabags for most of stay ( in rooms or breakfast). Breakfast had full range of choices and great start to day. Shuttle is packed to Disneyland but runs regular service.

Great hotel, felt uncrowded and open. Great family room and easy, free shuttle bus to Disney where you can go on to Paris or into the parks. Breakfast a little busy, but expected given the size and school holidays. Same woth return shuttle bus after the night show. Will deffinately stay again

We loved our stay at dream castle. It was beautiful, well manicured and excellent amenities and staff.

Great place to stay for Disney attractions. We have a 17 month toddler and found some facilities wanting e.g no suitable milk to purchase on site and had to order Deliveroo to room. Found outdoor pool assistant very rude but rest of staff were helpful and courteous and bed was very comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Disney , hotel is in a poor state and some very badly cleaned/maintained areas , the bunk bed my son was supposed to sleep in was falling apart, obvious signs of dirt build up on high traffic doors , dirty chairs in room , buffet breakfast was ok , the buffet evening meal was more expensive the Billy bobs in Disney and the choice and quility was poor ,, you also have to pay for parking and bottles of water are 7e ,, I would not stay again

Hotel was lovely and extremely convenient with free shuttle to the parks and station for Paris. Connecting family room was perfect for 6 people, only criticism (very small) was the bathroom could do with an upgrade (washing line over bath, was very useful when we needed to dry swimming stuff and clothes potential rain lol). Food choice was plentiful at breakfast and the rotisserie buffet restaurant

The hotel is very deteriorated old, in need of renovations in the rooms, carpets and bathroom urgently.

We had an amazing stay at dream castle hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Outdoor pool was a real plus. The kids loved it. Highly recommend. Lovely breakfast. Only downside is the shuttle bus on the way back from disneyland at the end of the day was awful. Very traumatic experience for the kids. Everyone was pushing to try and get on the bus. There should be a queue system to stop this happening. So if you are going to disneyland and watching the display at the end of the day...get a taxi or use bolt app to get back to hotel.

A lovely hotel, with nice rooms and the outdoor pool is great on warmer days. The indoor pool can get over crowded espeshialy if next doors hotel uses it too. So we were not able to enjoy this facility for two of our nights. The car parking is expensive at £17 a day on top of Disney carparking at £30 if you're driving.

Proximity to Disneyland and the outside swimming pool were big winners for us! Breakfast buffet was also a hit with the kids. Indoor pool was too busy with few seats for watching parents.

We booked this hotel last minute. The family room was a great size and was perfect for our family. The pool was also fantastic. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of room. Easy to check in and check out. The shuttle bus was brilliant to.

I had reached out to the hotel several weeks prior to trip via expedia (as instructed) with a request for arrival. Upon arrival they had no record of said request and were very unhelpful. The bar staff are sooo slow at serving and again unhelpful. On our last night we dined at the bar (for the second time) we had to take a seating area that had just been vacated and asked the staff to clear and clean the table. We had to request this twice and the table wasnt even half wiped down. Although rooms are basic the staff didnt take away a glass and bottle (ours) whilst throughout our stay and it appears many other guests leave these alongside empty alcohol bottles in the corridor which is unsightly and dangerous for younger kids. We had a family room (2single bed - not bunks plus adults bed) and i had pushed the 2 single beds together. After our first night the cleaning crew had made the beds but after the second night did not do so on the single. Also on the morning we were leaving i separated the beds again to find the single (which wasnt slept in) to have a dried blood stain on the bedding. Disgusting! The carpets in the corridors and rooms are so dated and stained and the bathrooms are in need of a major modern update. The indoor pool has broken steps cordened off but again extremely dangerous and no one in the area manning it for safety and cleanliness. (My husband witnessed the aftermath of a thief from the gents changing rooms). This was our 2nd time at this hotel.
