Great customer service and toiletries. Having a pullout couch, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, and separate room with a door is nice for a family. Nice workout facility and pool. Plenty of parking. Ideal location with access to beach, many restaurants and stores. Family friendly Here are a few things that could potentially improve the property: Gym: Dumbbells in gym does not fit on rack. Could cause injury. Dust on equipment and water dispenser. No remote for television, so was forced to listen to and see inappropriate shows on television. Could not change the channel nor turn off the television in the gym. Bedroom: Moisture was in the room, making the carpet wet and also items in the room moist, including dishes and clothes. We had to wear shoes so that our socks were not soaked. The room was damp and stuffy. Breakfast: Hash brown was not fully cooked and greasy. Oranges and bananas were old. Not many plant based options . Fruit was old, oatmeal and hash brown poor quality. Pool: Chairs not clean. Jets not working in hot-tub. Room cleaning: Room was finally cleaned after 2nd request. Did not include cleaning the kitchen, blankets nor toilets. Only fresh towels and a folded blanket on the couch.

Room was amazing. Had issues with key at 1am when we came in from the beach. Had to be escorted from room like we were children to be let in and out of our room.

over all the stay was excellent and the staff the same was ready to help for whatever the issue we had. I give all the staff on site 10/10.

Seemed like hotel was not staffed for holiday week. Room wasnt ready because cleaning staff was behind. Took 30 minutes just to check in. Pool and hot tub qere not very cleaned(or mainteined throughout the day) no towels available at the pool. Trash can full and over flowing. Key had to be reawt on 2nd day. Buffet was mostly empty for breakfast. I will not be staying here again just a poor experience overall.

The room was good and spacious. The pool was nice. The woman who worked in the breakfast area was awesome! She made sure everything was stocked and cleaned. It was busy.

Very nice and had to have the refrigerator replaced while staying there and had a leak in the bedroom ceiling from an air conditioner upstairs room. So the decor could have been better

We checked in with no issues. Went swimming and the front desk lady came out to make sure we had enough towels. Told us if we needed anything just to call. Room was very spacious.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is near a noisy freeway. There was a repetitive noise inside the roof that could be heard all night. The AC blew right on to the thermostat so it rapidly turned on and off. The bedroom in the suite was warmer than the room with a thermostat. The AC fan caused a whistling noise between the door and door frame. The facility is old and needs serious updates.

We were given room in 3rd floor for handicap. Oh my gosh! The ac unit motor in closet kicked on every 10 minutes to cool. And the Noise could wake up the dead. Woke us up non stop. Our window was to businesses and they would use blower at around 2 am to clean their property. Palm tree leaves fell off and on our vehicles. Well those leaves had sharp edges. Maintenance person said outside doors lock where we couldn’t use our card at all at certain times. We had to go through front. So if it’s raining, forget the door near you. Very, very unsatisfactory for two senior citizens.

Nice rooms, outdated, but the staff is very friendly. The food staff is friendly but they didn’t have coffee cups, the breakfast area was empty and they would take long time to bring more food. They just weren’t on it, like other hotels don’t get me wrong they were all very polite. Nice pool and nice basketball court.

like : easy access to hay city places improve: frecuency cleaning rooms, actualy only 2 per week, would be nice 3 per week

Will definitely stay at this property again next year for Easter

Good one night stay with family during vacation.

The front desk staff who checked us in was very helpful and professional. He greeted each day of our 3 day stay. Everything about our room was clean and roomy. My only complaints were that the sofa in our suite was bowed and the switch to the ceiling fan was broke. However, still usuable. Breakfast was good and plentiful, again area was clean. The hotel is visable from the street, but the driveway entrance is small and easy to miss if your not driving slow.

The overall hotel was nice, but the bed was personally a little harder than I like. Everything else was great.

Clean and spacious room

The stay was ok. We were traveling over the holidays and need a place to stay. We really enjoyed Corpus Christi. My only issue was the fact that I had to pay to park my car. It would have been one thing if it was parking garage or even covered parking but it was nothing more then normal parking. It was 12 dollars a night which is stupid for me to have to pay just to park my car. There was no mention of having to pay for parking when I booked the room and was shocked when I got there and they told me it was 12 dollars a night and that it was a management decision and there was nothing he could do to change it.

Staff was short, rude, and not willing to help. Creating more issues with the checkin process even after making a personal phone call to setup a company credit card via an authorization form and still required my employee to put their personal credit card down putting funds on hold for multiple days.

All staff including the GM were super nice and friendly. We have stayed here in the past and will stay here again.

As always, we’re never disappointed with the amenities and rooms at this hotel. Check in was smooth and check out also. We’ll definitely be back. As a mom of 5 kids, I find it very hard to find hotel rooms that provide us with enough room to fit our whole family. This place was great. The staff was friendly, we had a 2 room suite with plenty of space for everyone to wind down at the end of a long day, and with free breakfast and a kitchen, it helped keep down the costs of needing to eat out all of the time.

Great location, nice looking room and lobby, friendly service- but there was a dead bug, the linens were stained and dirty, no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, doors had dirty fingerprints, not enough towels for number of guests.

Great service, courteous staff.
