I stayed fir one night. Room was cleanish...location was convenient and the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was good too.

The room we stayed in was not clean. There was something spilled on the wall behind the desk. A mysterious liquid in one of the drawers the whole room had a stench to it. We never could figure out the source but everything smelled like it. The bedding the towels at first i thought maybe it was a cleaner they used but i didnt smell it anywhere else in the building. There was a dead fly stuck to the bathroom door frame. The staff was super nice but the cleanliness of the room was aweful.

I don’t expect anything fancy, just clean and functional. TV and one lamp didn’t work. Big wet spot around fridge. Bathroom needed a good scrubbing, especially under rim of toilet bowl. Lots of flies and spiders.

There were ants in our room and the TV did not work. The breakfast area was small and crowded, so we ended up eating breakfast somewhere else. Kinda felt like we got ripped off.

My bath tub drained slowly enough that I was standing in water at the end of my 3 min shower. Lighting was dim through the halls. Sausage gravy was cold, and I arrived for breakfast in the lobby 10 min after it started. Overall, a disappointing experience for the price I paid for one night.

Spent 4 nights at Super8 in Decorah. The bed was not super comfortable but better than some. This hotel did not smell musty. Was cleaner than some Super8’s we have stayed at. Customer service was very good. People were nice. Would stay there again. Not high end but not a bad place.

Broken exterior doors leaving no security. Never updated from the time it was built. Rooms and entire place was dirty. Possible blood on the wall in our room and something on one of the beds blanket. All light fixtures covered in dirt and dust. Bathroom fixtures in bad shape and ceiling exhaust was falling off. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend staying here to any of my friends or family. I guess it’s probably what I should have expected for a super 8 at $120 for a night.

We had a nice time...room was clean and dog friendly...located 2 min from a mini mart and 10 min from the dog show site...good clean neighborhood and 10 min from some gorgeous hiking trails

Needed a place to stay in a pinch. Thankfully there was a room available. Nothing great but wasn't bad at all.

Room was not properly cleaned. Shower was chipped and gross. Furniture in suite was falling apart and filthy. Hallways were hot and humid. Was afraid to eat the breakfast based on filthy room.

Easy and smooth check-in. Staff was extremely friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Amenities are limited, but for a quick one night stay, it was perfect.

The hotel was fine and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the cleaning staff left a dirty sock on the floor from the previous occupant. The bedding had stains on it and the carpet was damp. It could be a much nicer place with some better upkeep and some updates.

I like the breakfast in the am but the 3rd shift guy. Is something else I was locked out of my room and he refused to let me in I had to sleep in the lobby and listen to him snore until management came out and let me back in my room

Pet friendly room, very strong odor of chemical/cleaner. Window opens. Bought air purifier in order to stay there. Yummy waffles.

For those on a budget this motel is ideal. The facility is a bit long in the tooth but for my purpose it was fine. I slept well in the bed. The AC worked nicely and the staff was helpful. Good value for my money!

I was greeted in a friendly manner when checking in. However, my room was only partially clean. And, there was a side door entrance into building that was unlocked allowing undetected entry into the building by anyone, which felt very unsafe
