Very clean and maintained. Not a 5-star hotel but very nice clean rooms with good breakfast. nice to sit out on balcony and watch the river and campsite. great for coffee drinkers.

Would definitely return. Check in area is a bit difficult to navigate and locate but other than that an amazing stay.

Amazing place to stay. This was the second time we’ve stayed there. Very clean front desk staff are awesome. View of the river was fantastic you can feed the ducks or go down to the creek with a tube and relax in the creek. I would highly recommend

Lovely stay

In one word: Inconvenient. First, the good: our room smelled clean and was exceptionally clean when we walked in the door, including beds and towels. The creekside balcony with rocking chairs was perfect (except for smoking neighbors), with a good view and relaxing water. Beds were comfortable overall. Received a quick reply to our initial issues, with offers to change out lightbulbs. Next, the not-so-good: The light in the bathroom was very dim, so your eyes have to adjust. The toilet was round, not oblong, and for a man my size with a Santa Claus figure, it was tough, The same can be said for the small shower with very little room to move around. Our room was in the -second- building of the hotel, across from the main building, so access to the breakfast as well as any other needs from the front desk required a drive or walk. The toilet became clogged late one evening (but they did send maintenance with a plunger, who left it with us, just in case). Water collected on the tile at the lavatory from somewhere, and when my wife dried it up with a towel, the white towel showed gray grime from the tile. Staff was so-so; some friendly and some not so. The door did not have a chain/safety catch, only the deadbolt.Not sure if we are interested in staying again unless we can be guaranteed a stay in the newer building.

We only stayed one night. Everything was clean. The only thing we experience was the bathtub was extremely slick. I almost fell during my shower. I out my used bath towel down so that my wife wouldn’t fall during her shower. Other wise the short visit was perfect.

Amazing

Beautiful balconies over the river. Although it is right in town, it was quite and peaceful. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is the bathroom is small and a little dated.

Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the geese and a small waterfall. The other side of the creek was an RV park. It was very relaxing. My only complaint was that the bathroom was small.

Very nice place to stay clean and quiet but close to everything

I loved the view of the creek from the balcony, but the hotel is pretty run down. I would not stay there again but it wasn’t bad enough to make me ask for a refund.

Room was clean and loved the balcony overlooking the Creek. Employees were all very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back for another visit.

We had a great experience at Creekstone Inn. We had an issue with a remote control and the front desk employee came right up and fixed it. Breakfast could have been better.

The door at this property was stuck so everytime we entered the room, we had to fight with the door. Other the that, it's convinently located but there was nothing too remarkable about it.

Had a very nice week even with what seemed like constant rain. Rooms are not 5 star, but we’re excellent for us. Great view, nice parking, very nice breakfast and eating facility.

Was a little disappointed that our balcony faced the trees but could still hear the river and feed the critters. Bed/ pillows were comfy. Room smelled a little musty, however it had also been raining. Shower pressure was great. Bring your own toiletries, including TP, theirs is like sandpaper.

We needed an overnight stay and this hotel for our needs. The parking was very crowded and our checkin was slow because of other customers issues taking the staff’s attention. The room was just as advertised. It was clean and comfy for the night. The breakfast was plentiful and tasted good. The area was very crowded at the time we went because weather prevented us from using the outside tables.

We had a 2 night stay, this being our second time staying at the facility. Our first night we arrived late due to a bad wreck on 40. The check in staff was accommodating and super friendly! On arrival to our room the room was humid and smelled like mildew. I also noticed the floor next to the bed was slightly wet. I thought maybe it was just me being tired so we went to bed. On awakening the next morning the room smelled awful and was extremely hot and humid! I got out of bed and the floor that was damp the night before was very wet - floor that is next to the bathroom. We called to guest services and they told us on arrival back to the hotel from our day we would be moved. They moved us next door and the room was much cooler and smelled clean. The only issue we had in this room was when we flushed the toilet the toilet immediately overflowed! But the maintenance guy was there in no time and was super nice! The facility itself is nice and they are renovating. It was just an unfortunate visit with obstacles at every turn. I also wish the woman at check out was as friendly as check in. She didn’t ask how our stay was or anything. She just grabbed the room keys and said thanks.

The hotel was a little confused because the building was located off from the main office It’s hard to find parking in the morning to have breakfast at the main office cafeteria building. Breakfast offered less foods for this hotel.

Amazing location along the beautiful creek! It’s nice to be off the strip because it’s quiet, but still close enough to get to everything quickly. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. The water was hot and the water pressure was amazing. The free breakfast was so good and the staff is very friendly! We would definitely stay again!

Good location, property needs some maintenance.

I really liked all the animals around. But the toilets are very small and low to ground and if u get king size beds you over on another street and have to drive to office to get the breakfast. We came in late after attending a wedding and was no parking.

The outside of the building was very cute, reflected the Smokey Mountain theme in colors and design. The inside of our room was very "tired". Ceiling had poor patching, sagging. Bathroom ceiling rust stains, bathroom walls and door had many scratches that needed repainting, along with bulging parts of wall/floor. Floor had paint drips from several colors ago. Tub drained VERY slowly. Bathroom extremely small. Bed covers faded. Box frame was metal-which was weird. Every time I bumped into it, it made a huge clanking sound. Housekeeping brought fresh linens everyday, but never made the beds. I wasn't expecting clean sheets everyday, but thought at least beds would be made. Pool was so-so, quite cold. Breakfast was good, not as many choices as advertised, but still good. Coffee could use improvement - quite watery/weak. Office Staff was friendly for the most part.

We had a great stay! Everytime we have stayed the rooms seem clean and everyone is very nice! We really enjoy sitting out on the balcony and listening to the creek that runs behind it. We really enjoy watching the ducks also. Very relaxing. This is our go to place when we come to pigeon forge. 🙂
