3rd floor hallway smells like cigarettes. Room also smelled like smoke.
Empty water bottle and trash in the elevator.

They could let you know before booking that you have to have a deposit and a parking pass.

There needs to be some time spent on maintaining the rooms. The sink was filled with silicone and degrading and had holes where it was separating and in general disrepair. The refrigerator was covered in greasy marks and hadn’t looked like it has been wiped down in a long time. The bed was clean but very springy and the pillows were flat and small. I would not stay here again

First its in west Sacramento side very filthy hotel people walking near the window as i got first floor room smoking drinking outside i was very terrified withing a 20 minutes i left the room did not stay
I asked the front office agent how safe to stay in the hotel he said safe well olits obvious he will say thst its safe because he works there
Not a happy camper have to find another hotel to spend night i was in Sacramento not for pleasure or leisure i was the to because we have a death in our family

The property is kind of sketchy. Smell of marijuana is everywhere. People blaring music from their vehicles until all hours of the night. Just made me a little nervous...

Where do I start?! So this place is truly for the budget minded travelers. Was greeted by several odd characters in the parking lot when we arrived, turns out that they are long term residents of the hotel. The room itself wad ok but there was hair in our sink and the soap looked used. So next morning i go to get a bag for the car a noticed they have an employee break room so i figured they would have a breakfast dining room but nope. They're continental breakfast consists of muffins coffee and miniature granola bars. Its located in a cabinet in the lobby with nowhere to sit. Totally regret booking here.

Although located near the highway it is quiet. An older property that is in various stages of repair. No breakfast available but the room does have a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. Pets are allowed. Not many hotel choices in this area.

I usually don’t write a review, but I would not stay there again. The restroom smelled like urine, the lobby carpet was dirty. People hang around late at night outside hotel smoking.

I was given a dirty hotel room, everything was a mess.
It wasn’t cleaned after the last guest. Went back to the front desk. The employee went to 2 different rooms and said those were also dirty and there were no more clean King size rooms. The place also had a foul smell. Had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. Do not stay here
