The folks at the front desk were kind and helpful. The room had everything I needed...a micro, a fridge, 2 comfortable beds (great firm mattress), tons of pillows, everything worked well. I worked out in a gym with weights, treadmills, stationary bike. Oh, and the breakfast was "the usual" but some extras besides the eggs and pancakes and bagels...they had oatmeal and individual yogurts and warm cinnamon rolls... How can you go wrong for the price??

horrible experience , i ordered a Pizza from a near by venue, left some inside the box , and about 45 mins later, i saw about 5-8 Roaches inside the pizza box.
After that , i did ask for a room change, the reception guy , who was a terrible aid, bad humor , he send me to another floor , and told me , "I can´t assure that this new room does not have bugs or roaches".
At my new room, guess what ! also a couple of baby roaches moving over the bed.
By far the worst Holiday Inn i´ve ever stayed.

After a day of traveling, I came here to finally rest. My reservation was cancelled, I didn’t need that to end my day. The reservation desk helped me and got me a room. When I got to my room, it was so clean and comfortable and I will definitely be staying here again.

My stay was comfortable. Checkin took a while because here was only 1 front desk agent. I only stayed 1 night, therefore, i didnt use the amenities. I didnt have any issues until I forgot something. I called several times and still haven't retrieved my item.

Very disappointed with our stay here. The hotel overall had a very musty smell. Everything appeared clean but upon closer inspection was absolutely not. I walked around the room barefoot after taking a shower (with dry feet) and my feet were completely black within minutes. Our shower glass door was broken and to get in/out of the shower was a weightlifting nightmare. Our toilet barely flushed and almost overflowed with even the smallest amount of urine.

Well everything seemed very nice and clean. The gentleman that was there to check us in was very friendly and polite, very professional. Upon entering our room, very nice and clean. The temp was nice and we could see the pool from our window. Although we didn't use the pool, it would have been nice for a dip, but not very big. There is a complimentary breakfast, which i missed out on because i just wanted to sleep in. Pretty quiet, however someone was smoking something they shouldn't have been, you could smell it when stepping into the hallway. Security/staff should be walking the through the floors. Check out was at 11 am, so no rush, but express checkout we just dropped the room keys in a return box at the check-in counter. All in all, it was a nice overnight stay and not far from the port to catch our cruise. We would stay there again.

Don’t expect early check in at all. They don’t have any. They do have excellent customer service and we slept in the lobby for a couple of hours before check in. They have 2 long couches that worked for that. They have all shower amenities full sized. (Not to take home). Dove shampoo and conditioner. They have dove body wash and hand wash as well as dove body lotion in the bathroom. All full sized. The fountain water is drinkable and refreshing. They have coffee out all hours just no decaf (international delight creamer full sized. The beds are very firm. The showers could use a deep cleaning though. They have a shuttle to and from the air port. It may take a while to get to the hotel but the drive to the airport seems as it goes every hour 5 minutes after the hour. The pool was incredible! Soft water and very clean! The exercise equipment was very clean and they have a water station in it as well. Also a yoga ball is available just in case you’re pregnant. Overall a good experience.

The hotel was very conveniently located and the rooms were ok. The check-in staff was pretty friendly but was unable to provide asny extra pillows when asked. Our room was not clean. There were cobwebs on our lamp and blood on the bathroom wall. The biggest flaw was breakfast. Hotels.com says breakfast ends at 10. The check-in staff said 10. There was a sign on the breakfast area that said 9:30. We got to breakfast at exactly 9:05. The pancake machine was out, biscuits were out, most bread was out, bascon was out, orange juice was out, and when I asked if more was being put out I was told "no thats it for everyone. " 20 minutes before it was even supposed to end. Then the lady just walked away. We booked this hotel because usually Holiday Inn is great when it comes to breakfast.

I love the area very convenient for shopping and it's close to the airport. It's a nice and clean environment.

Great spot for stays in FLL as well as before and/or after a cruise! Great location and amenities, close to airport with shuttle as a bonus. Everything was clean, staff was nice, pool was relaxing, and breakfast was good. No complaints and plan to stay here again for my next trip to FLL!
