The unit was very spacious for the price, so it was a great value. My view from the private balcony was also beautiful. When I walked in it smelled like someone had cooked eggs for breakfast and the room hadn’t entirely aired out. The kitchen was clean, but I imagine this is because the fabric on the dining chairs and the couches absorb some of that odor. I would suggest freshening it up with fabric spray. I was bummed that the amenities like hot tubs were not open at the location I stayed at due to renovations. In all fairness I think I came during “off season.” Other than that it was lovely. Great location, great service at the front desk. Legacy commercial on tv was entertaining.

I had a 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen. The suite was fully newly renovated, very spacious and clean. For a solo traveller with a dog, this was a perfect getaway out of the rain for a couple nights on our road trip.

Shocking lack of amenities such as no lamps, just horrendous bright overhead lighting, not enough linens for foldout, both TVs not set up for reception, on and on...

The suite was amazing, especially at the price. The after-6pm check-in over the phone was a little awkward; also, it would have been nice to have breakfast available earlier, but there is a McDonalds close by. Overall we were very happy.

Great deal for the price. The 2 bedroom unit was about the same price as a basic hotel room anywhere else, and 5x the size. That more than made up for its downsides: all the property amenities were closed/under construction, there was a red stain on our sheets, no wash cloths in the bathrooms, difficult parking (lot filled up), and an early checkout time. All of that would have bothered me a lot more if we were paying for a hotel. But for such an affordable big 2 bed 2 bath apt in steamboat, I can't fault them any more than 1 star for any of that. Solid 4/5 star experience.

The rooms have been nicely renovated, however, the outside still looks pretty dilapidated. There are holes in the concrete on walkways just filled in with rocks (still a tripping hazard).
The room was very clean and the laminate wood floors definitely made it feel cleaner. The AC is swamp cooler units (not HVAC) and the sliding bathroom doors had gaps. The mattresses were the type that made noise with any move (caution if you’re a light sleeper). You will need to bring lotion with you as the room only had soap. They also did not have any extra toiletries (like spare toothbrushes) at the front desk.
They tried to charge a “non-refundable pet deposit”, which I think they misunderstand what a deposit is - that should be labeled as a fee. Note, that is no where listed on their Expedia listing and therefore cannot be charged for the reservation.
The front desk staff were very nice and easy to work with.

Property itself was really nice and clean. Loved the Safeway right across the street. Only bad thing was the ladies that were at the front desk were not really letting us know anything, and had to ask them for basic information. I would have loved to know since the beginning, that part of the property was under construction which also meant that some of the amenities were not available.

inconvenient. Paola was sweet and helpful. she had to come to our room the first night and it took 15 minutes to get our television to stream yet we could not get it to stream last night and the office was closed.
We reserved a 2 bedroom and full kitchen which had the bare minimum and not even salt or pepper.
The room has been updated and is clean but sparse and cold. The couch and chair in the living room are hard and uncomfortable to relax on.
We requested a late check out via text at approximately 7:30 PM the night before, and received no response. Requested late check out again at 8:30 AM with no response. Called the hotel directly to find out that the office doesn't open until 10 AM which is check out. the call center said they would send the request to our front desk so they could let us know at 10 AM if we need to get out at 10 AM. We received the call at 10:30 AM.
We were told there was a breakfast for guests from 8 AM to noon so I'm curious how that is set out for their guests, if the office is closed. Breakfast consisted of bananas, cereal, milk and juice. No coffee, tea, creamer, etc.
The pool and jacuzzi are under renovation, yet we paid a resort fee. this hotel does not have the staffing to run it, and they were not prepared to have guests.

We only stayed one night during "not peak season" so was a very reasonable rate for Steamboat Springs! The 2 bdrm/2 bath condo was newly remodeled and very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The pictures look "bare-bones" but the living room had a colorful area rug and pillow added which helped a lot. It was quiet. Hopefully the exterior will be improved to match the nicely-done interior remodels! Would definitely stay here again.

There was nobody to check us in. They must have gone home. We had to use an old phone that you couldn’t hear anything on and talk to an operator in some other state. Whom even knows who. Didn’t have any physical face to face with someone. No run down of the property. Didn’t even show my id or card to check in. There was a line of people waiting also. Tit was just like pull up and figure out what to do on your own.

bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked with everything. Free coffee for pot. Newly remodeled and clean. Location is perfect. gym was in their other property but only 5 minute drive. No elevator so be prepared.

It was a good stay. The kitchen has only the bare minimum and could use some more utensils. The entrance coul use a little rug for when you come in with wet boots from skiing. the management should encourage guests to keep their dogs from barking.

What a great spot! Close to downtown, 5 mins from the rec Old Town hot springs. Shuttle to the ski area and great communication from the front desk. Dog friendly, too!

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was clean, modern and updated. It had everything needed to a comfortable stay. The full kitchen was new and clean and the unit had a roomy dining area. Great location for access to ski resort and downtown. Issues to be aware of are that the walls are very thin; you might feel like you are sharing the unit with your neighbor. Also, we were unable to control the heat and the unit was very warm. Glad it had ceiling fans in each room. Apparently, we were not the only ones with this issue. We noticed guests in other units were running their air conditioners… in March.

Rooms are very spacious and fully remodeled. Very close to the ski hill. The negative was NO PARKING. We checked in then went to dinner to come back to zero parking. We were told parking is first come first served. So just know that there may be no parking when you arrive. I parked blocking the dumpster and it worked out but glad the garbage truck didn’t come and none dumped any trash during the night.

The two-bedroom, two-bath was perfect for us. The kitchen needed to be better stocked with plates, bowls, etc. But otherwise it was very comfortable.
