This was a clean & comfortable room to arrive at after flying. The staff was fabulous. We would totally stay here again.

This hotel is an older building with lots of character. It is very clean, friendly and quiet. Staff are very helpful and there is parking. Only a few minutes away from the airport. We would go there again

Staff was super friendly and accommodating even when we got there super late at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The area was nice. I walked a block to Starbucks that morning, and it was very nice.

larger than average room, decent desk, actual bright lights, effective A/C, working locks, firm bed, clean surfaces, a nice paint job on walls...this was pretty darn good for the price. there's a two-story glass-roofed enclosed atrium with cute tables for a snack you bring in. Minor critiques include no kleenex (we didnt ask for them, being just a short overnight... might just have been a small oversight) and a spotted shower curtain, but they provided plentiful single-use and multi-use soap/etc toiletries, a plus. With gas on the way to the airport and just 1.5mi to go, this is a winner.

This was excellent value for the price. It was convenient to BART, CalTrain, and local bus service. I exclusively used this hotel for an event being held in San Francisco. It usually took about an hour to get there on public transit and that was great value to avoid driving and parking in SF. The hotel is a little older, but very well kept. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

I pre-paid for a king size bed, but got put it a full size with a half kitchen and the tv was tiny. Was not happy with the room, but didn't want to complain for another one.

The place was quiet & peaceful. Close to everything & more affordable than the nearby expensive hotels. Free parking too! Definitely not the newest or sparkliest, but more than sufffficient & clean. No EV charger on site. Also, they have quiet hours posted so it didn't get too loud at bedtime.

We called at 5pm to let the front desk know that we would be checking in between midnight and 1AM. We got to the room and the room was clean except for the bed and linens were stained and yellow. The towels were dirty. I went to the front desk to ask for clean linens to make up the bed or a new room but the night attendant wouldn't wake up no matter how loud I rang the bell and called for him. Stayed here for our last night in San Francisco. The room was very roomy and clean. Room was updated. Bed was comfy. It was super close to the airport and you can’t beat the price. Parking is included and I believe breakfast was as well but we left to early to enjoy it.

Bit of a frustrating stay as the service was good & the hotel was fine. But there were too many minor issues that I had to give a lower grade:
Firstly, when I tried the TV it didn’t work because there was no cable box attached. The desk clerk came and fitted one in about 20 mins, but this is something that should have been ready on arrival. Also no luggage rack or any mirrors in the room - first time I have EVER seen the latter in 30 years of travelling. Also no one on reception when I checked out this morning.

Staff moved me quickly when the TV didn't work. Onsite parking, beautiful view, air conditioning rocked, comfy bed, big rooms. Microwave and fridge, nearby food and delivery. I've stayed in six different rooms so far, my favorite hotel in the area.

Limited parking wasn't revealed until after I booked. As a late arrival, I had to park on the street and wake up before 8 am to move the car due to the NO PARKING between 8am and 6 pm signs posted on the street.

Hotel was nice, comfortable, spacious room with excellent shower. Parking is extremely limited and this is the one reason I might not book here again. I paid for an Uber out that evening rather than loose my parking spot in the hotel lot that held maybe 10 cars. I asked at the desk where I would park if the lot was full and he said in the back alley or on the street..no thanks!

The property and rooms are clean and maintained very well. Quality modern furnishings in the rooms and very nice welcoming staff. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a lovely stay.
