My stay was nice, except for:
1) The TV remotes (2 of them) did not work.
2) The wallpaper around the shower stall had considerable peeling giving the room a somewhat dilapidated feel.
3) No complementary bottled water for coffee.
4) No stirring sticks or utensils for coffee.
5) Significant grout missing from bathroom floor tile, again, making room feel dilapidated.

The staff was very helpful and overall the room was clean. Unfortunately there was some issues with some of guests including the fire alarm being set off in middle of night by somebody staying there n it took a long time to be turned off. Also there was more drama in early morning with someone staying there n it was just loud n distracting. Didn’t get much rest. Also pool had some trash in it so wasn’t best experience.

Great customer service. I was very surprised with security measures. I returned to the hotel pass midnight and when I tried to entered the lobby it was looked. In order to enter you needed to scan your room key which ensured that only guests came in. Breakfast was decent 5am coffee was okay, bagels is a plus with cream cheese. Will go back.

We would stay here again. The property was clean and the rooms were clean. Notice some cockroaches outside but being the area it was, it’s understandable. Room was clean and hotel was clean. All needs were met. Property needs to confirm correct times for facility. We were told at check in that pool hours ended at 9pm; there was a flyer with hotel information in the room that reflected the 9pm time. There was a group at the pool with children and we walked in about 820ish; an employee came into the pool around 830 and proceeded to YELL at everyone that he warned us and gave us an extra half hour with the pool and we had to leave the pool immediately. I didn’t like being spoken to in that manner when we were told otherwise. When this was told, he got angrier and kids were scared. We all left. Other than that, our stay was really good.

I got bed bug bites from staying there, first time in my 48 years of life getting bed bug bites. It’s a shame, the room was pretty nice, not cleaned well, but not dirty either. They haven’t dusted in a while it seems.

Everyone was so amazing and so sweet even down to the maintenance man that helped me! I will be back in September thank you so much for being so great during my time truly appreciated everyone that was so helpful!

This hotel was very dated. The room smelled heavily of chemicals, body odor and pet odor. It was also overly priced at 249 a night. We had to sleep with the window open and ac on to clear out the smell.

We stayed during our granddaughters graduation from WCBC. We were comfortable, felt safe, breakfast was top notch , and staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.

After a leaky shower that dripped loudly all night, limited TV channels (said Dish service was to be fixed but never was), and a flashing all night message light that they said they could not turn off … we were moved to a new room the next day. However TV in that room did not work (said would have remote reprogrammed during day but did not happen). Bathrooms were not well cleaned in either room. Elevator was out whole time but thank goodness we were on first floor. Beds were comfortable and my mom enjoyed her pancakes for breakfast. Had to leave one day early but not able to get any $ back (own fault for doing non refundable).

Every thing was perfect with the exception of the power going off from 9pm to 3am. Other than that, everything was nice and clean.
