Very nice comfortable hotel, clean, up to date, recently refurbished in a freeway turnoff servoce district. Convenient, not picturesque.

We checked in about 4:30pm. At about 8 pm my husband decided to take a shower. Turning the lever in a variety of ways & letting it run for a few minutes he could not get anything but lukewarm water. He called the front desk about this. A return call resulted in being told others weren’t having that problem & the hotels system seemed fine. They did not attempt to check our room theirselves.
In the morning I spoke with Laura at the front desk & described the situation of the prior evening. Again we were met with indifference to our unfortunate situation & she justified their position saying “others” in the hotel didn’t seem to have a lack of hot water problem. I seriously doubt each other guest was contacted about this situation. I would not consider staying at this hotel in the future.

The bed sheet has stain so hopefully it’s just stain because it looks clean. My husband likes their pillows, they’re comfortable.

The check in process was no problem, they have very nice people helping at the front desk. The lobby looked clean and comfortable, however the towels in the room had stains which really made me uncomfortable.

The bedding had stains and also the washcloth had stains. I believe that the bedding and bath towels were clean but didn’t look good and didn’t feel good. I should have taken photos, but didn’t.

Great overnight stay on our travels. Breakfast was good, room comfortable and staff very nice and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate but wasn't noisy or in a super busy area. Not far from restaurants. Our favorite is Jerry's Mexican Food, a 5 min drive. Would stay here again.

The automatic shades didn’t really work. A more traditional set up would be better. Ample parking. The proximity to the highway wasn’t too bad as the room was in the back. We even slept with the window opened.

The location, just off 1-40, was great for just passing thru. Or room faced the highway but we couldn't hear any traffic noise. The room was large and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The free breakfast was very faur - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal and more. We're traveling with a u-haul trailer so it was a bonus they offer a huge lot just for trailers.

The service staff was very good. The property needs more signage inside. No Arrows inside to fine tge elevator, you had to walk around for a while. No restaurant’ within 5 miles . The pool didn’t look clean.

The lovely lady who helped me with my reservation on our trip here and after we arrived has my sincere gratitude. My husband is handicapped and she was so very helpful getting us into an appropriate room. Room was clean and comfortable. I would like more coffee options, but that’s me.
