Gorgeous hotel! The lobby, casino and our room were all immaculate. Christmas decor was beautiful. All staff we encountered were friendly and informative. Room was pristine and the view from the 51st floor is lovely. Zero problems at all. Will absolutely stay at Wynn again!

oversold, could not honor booked room (king), was offered a smoking room or two queen on a low floor, and the music was so loud - really tough to sleep. room number on card was incorrect so we had to go back down to registration to work it out. when we asked for a late checkout (by an hour), no effort to try and make it work. customer service was awful. the room itself was beautiful.

There is a reason why the Wynn can command $1000/night for a King room with Panorama Views. The property still exudes luxury with its high design, modern sleek look, fresh flowers, an atmosphere of fun, excellent service, and delicious food. So, we keep coming back because nothing really compares.

We were in town for less than 15 hours and had booked a room at the Wynn for the night. When we checked in we were told our room was at the Encore. We did not book the Encore! After some conversation and an extra $75. on top of the $695 rate we were given a room at the Wynn. The suite was nicely appointed and the amenities are good. But the screw up should not have happened.

Hotel is still very well taken care, been there several times, but this time it was not cleaned even tough we reported it they didn’t clean it and we didn’t get enough toiletries, or fresh towels. Everything else was ok. Stayed 2 nights.

The hotel I stayed in had cleaners coming to open the door during the morning sleep period. If there is someone once, it means there is someone, why keep opening the door again and again? Probably on the evening of October 30th or 31st, the bouncing music didn't stop all night until 4am, making it so noisy that people couldn't sleep at all

Very difficult to get in touch with customer service… I was promised $120 beverage credit at check-in. Last day in the statements I noticed that only 2 wine ($50) was taken out. I called front desk and they agreed to take out another $70 from my statements for other beverages that was coded as “food”. They were water, coffee, tea. I was still charged for the full statement. Haven’t received the $70 credit yet.

It’s not the same anymore! Rude staff members. Dirty room. Terrible breakfast for $109.00. 3 eggs, 2 oz ham 3 oz potato,2 pcs toast, this is not even acceptable on any level. Stay elsewhere! Never again ✌️

Went to Vegas for the Lionel Richie concert at the Encore theater and staying at the Wynn made it very convenient for dining, concert, shopping and a pool day.

As a vip customer and coming de stal times a year thought the years, would have been nice if front desk lady who checked us in really upgraded us to nicer room. What disgusting is we going on floor fake eye lushes and couple black hair on flor. Needed to be cleaned more thoroughly for that cost!

I just have to say, I wish I knew the women’s name who checked us in because she went above and beyond! Not only was she helpful with our room and accommodations, but she made an extra effort to make sure my 6 year old was taken care of. She went and got crayons and a coloring pad. She was fantastic. It’s people like this that make an experience. To her, thank you!

Very poor customer service. Although we paid for my daughters bed they didnt bring it to our room and they lost our stuff from our room. Very very poor customer relations and manager at front desk. They are speaking like robots with no emotions just same sentences again and again...

Air conditioning did not work for our first night. The room was really warm. Called in the next morning and requested it to be fixed and to be credited back for first night of the stay. Room cost $800 a night, it was terrible. After a few calls they credited back $200 and the resort fee. While it was something, the hotel should have credited back the entire cost for the night because my night was terrible.
