Woke up at 2am being bitten and itching. My room had bed bugs or fleas. 2 days later I still have about 30 itchy large welts all over my body. Switched rooms at 4am. Awful experience.

Picture a motel from 2015. Cars parking outside the room. Fridge in room. Aircon by the window. You got this hotel. Staff are working hard. First impression terrible from the roadside from I40 but actually good when you park. Breakfast is standard and plentiful with sufficient seating. I really enjoyed the stay. TV not working, reception take 45 minutes but sort it. You know what you are getting, value for money.

Good for a low budget motel. Just basics. No elevator, so if alot of baggage, stay first floor.

It was clean, quiet, and parking was directly in front of the room.

Stay was comfortable and convenient.

Very nicely unkept facility . Very professional and helpful desk staff . We are traveling across country with 8 nights of hotel . This one is our fifth stay as we have been in the road . We were very comfortable in this affordable Wyndham motel . We haven’t had breakfast yet but we are very impressed with this and it is highly recommended

We only stayed 1 night on our road trip. It is dated, but was clean. Has an inside pool that we did not use and serves the usual breakfast that we did not eat. Could not check out and return key cards as no one was at the desk. We left the key cards in our room.

This was an amazing hotel. It had everything I needed or wanted. The room was very comfortable. The people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. I highly recommend staying here.

I was out town for an event. This is my second time I've stayed here. The first one ..I actually had some sleep..the second one was not so good. Someone was banging on my door late at night..looking for his keys and did a quick glance inside. Not good.w Whoever stayed next door was very loud and talking and commotion all night. I had a restless night.

This is a bare bones motel. Rooms are very small and cramped. A/C-Heater was very loud. Heater was mounted under window and opposite the bathroom, this meant that the bathroom was always a little cold unless you made the room uncomfortably warm. Outside temps were around 18°F so you had to run the heater pretty much all night. Tv and appliances are old, but work. The tv was only a 32" which I feel is a bit small in this day and age. The microwave was also old. It had a dial for Low-Med-High settings and a dial timer (like an old fashion egg timer) to set run time, which was impossible to see how long it would run for since the numbers were worn off. There was a small refrigerator in the room, but it was missing a rubber leg and so it sat at an angle making it difficult to store liquids without them spilling. There is no elevator, so we had to pay extra for a downstairs room since I have a service connected disability and cannot climb stairs. Motel ad says pet friendly, but they have no place to exercise or let your pets relieve themselves. There is a small open area near the motel, but we quickly found out that it was full of bur-weed stickers and spend the next 20-30 min picking them out of our dogs paws. Outside of having to pay more for a room due to my disabilities, there is nothing majorly wrong with the motel it is just a cheap motel and you should expect to get what you pay for.

Check in was easy, but when I told them I tried to call ahead for information they said I didn't and then said I must have called during the day. Well, they were right I did call during the day, like most people do. Unfortunately, we could not sample the breakfast because it doesn't start until 7am, but that is ok. The room was clean, but we could not use the bathroom light because the fan was like a freight train. Luckily there was a bright light that shined right in the bathroom window. We did have to clip the curtains closed because they would not stay closed, but there were hangers with pants clips on them so it worked out.

The breakfast is basically cold cereal or a waffle. The bathroom had a very long black hair across the toilet. The tub was also not very clean.

Horrible experience. At check-in, the person at the desk did not communicate at all. He would not answer questions asked and had a kind of attitude and very RUDE while saying anything. The room was pretty bad, bathroom door didnt lock, bed sheets had lot of stains, roaches in the closet area. At check-out, we left at around 6:45 am and the same person was at the check-in desk. He didnt even open the front door for us to enter and get information we wanted. He looked at us standing at the door and kept doing what he was doing. Really bad experience and would NOT recommend anyone to stay here. Apart from the bad customer service at the front desk, the Hotel is in pretty bad shape too. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I like this motel becase , it was clean ,the parking lot next to my room and breakfasts ...was exellent and the price....I do recommend to any body this motel..

Staff was not friendly and did not call us back. One very small soap for both of us. Heater was noisy. Other than that, the room was very nice and comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed having the table and two chairs to have alternative seating in a motel room.

The room was impeccable. Extra touches you’d get at The Ritz. Best value for quality I’ve experienced this year. Breakfast was meager but the space was too small for a full meal. Waffles were great. Very pleased. Will visit again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was excellent and the personnel friendly and helpful.

A good night sleep before continuing on to our final destination. Although the breakfast was mostly carbs, it was sufficient to get you on the road with food in your stomach. All good, but did think the night clerk who checked us in was a bit rude.

Breakfast was terrible. Cereal, apples and waffles. No real coffee cream. It was very cheaply done.

Convenient property to I-40 and helpful staff. Wish the breakfast would have started at 6am instead of 7am but nice stay. I’ll be back.

This is a great little place in Holbrook. Formal checkin was quick. The office was locked until 7:00am in the morning. So much for breakfast if you are continuing your travel at an early time.
