Great location, clean tidy unit, friendly helpful staff, value for money, convenient to eateries, nice pool and facilities for families, beach is awesome, we'll be back for sure !

Property was amazing! Been 10 odd years since we were there last and it still lives up to its good memories. In close walking distance to everywhere! Staff are lovely and the property was nice and clean. Fairly priced as well
Only complaint would be the bed sheets, the quilt was wrapped with 2 flat sheets and made it awkward to stay warm at night.
Other than that, will definetely be coming back!

The location was good. Great outlook over the ocean.
The room is in need of refurbishment. The carpet is threadbear in places. The bathroom sliding door is hard to use. The folding door of the laundry needs replacing.

The location right on the beach is amazing.
Clearer information about the location of the car park drive and key-out locations would be useful. Dreadful breakfast - best to go to a beach cafe.

Having to check in online is saving the reception the time and effort and adding to my time. When I had issues the reception did not help and required me to do it on my phone at the reception. Annoying!
There was no fore warning of construction in and around the location. This really annoys me as well.
There was no convenient place for our case to open it so we opened it on the floor and had to step over it.
Breakfast was ok however basic or on the cheap side.
Central location to everything and great view. I just think they could do a little better.

The positives to the property is good secure parking, its in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The small resort incudes a gym, spa, pool and sauna. Foxtel tv. Staff friendly and helpful.
The negatives some wear and tear on items in room/gym needs maintenance. The room bath spa very small. The bed mattress very uncomfortable feeling the springs. And the games room needing coins to use. No phone in room to contact front desk.
The resort hotel on entry always looked clean and has a fresh scent in the air.

We liked the ocean view. The doors were closing loudly. The room wasn't cleaned properly, there was too much dust behind the bed tables and TV. The bed base was old and stained.

The rooms and pillow cases smelt like sweat -unsure if they had changed the cases or linen..mattress worn out, uncomfortable and not level where there was 2 singles making up king size bed

Ventilation in bathroom needs to be improved- there was none. A sign to indicate unit would be serviced mid through stay would have useful as the sign said in highlighted words that it wouldnt be serviced!
Found a coffee machine deep down in cupboard on 7th day(last day) maybe better up on kitchen bench?

Room was not clean enough to my standard. Furniture was sparce and dated. The coffee machine still had a previous guests pod in t, and the drip tray was filthy. Service was weekly, yet on check in the receptionist said every5 days and if you run out of detergent etc just ask the service team. which I did and they declined!! Weekly service took 10 mins, i was in the room at the time. bedsheets were changed, no vacuuming, no dusting, no mopping. there was however a lot of room deodorizer to mask the awful drain smell. Buy a scented candle or diffuser if you stay here, it will make the room a little more pleasant.

This was a great stay, room was modern enough kids loved the spa and pool. Breakfast included was beyond expectations. Italian restaurant down stars was fresh, authentic and good family price. We will be back.

Everything was great except 2 things.
1) The hair dryer in the bathroom had serious damage and exposed wires which sparked and was located next to the sink. Serious safety issue that could have resulted in an injury. These should be checked prior to allowing guests entry and any safety issues resolved. Would assume some type of cleaning check list with a call to maintenance to resolve any outstanding issues. I advised the front desk who had the issue resolved but could have resulted in an electric shock.
2) TV remote was not present and could not use the TV for a day/night.
