Toilet wouldn’t flush, sink ran, room was next to a meeting room that was loud late into the night 11:00pm. Rip in sheets. Door lock was not working properly. This was the worst stay in my lifetime of travel. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Old, dirty, unkept. No fault of the maids… they have to have something to work with! Room smelled like dirty vacuum air. Clock radio kept buzzing, finally unplugged it. Shower rod broken so the curtain fell to the middle. Never went to breakfast, I couldn’t bring myself to. Upholstered furniture was stained… furniture finish was gummy.

This is not a good hotel for the price. The room was dirty. The front desk person was unhelpful. Im honestly just glad I didnt get bed bugs.

Stuff was very friendly. The interior of your room needs some cosmetic work. The paint in the shower was peeling and looked bad, but everything worked fine. The hotel was hard to fine because on google maps it’s listed as Quality House. The Quality Inn is a funeral home in the middle of residential area. Overall we would stay again.

There were two doors, outside and hallway. I had my dog with me, she was growling at the door to outside, when i opened it, there was a couple smoking weed right outaide my door. I asked them to move away from my door as it was disruptive to my dog. This did not leace me feeling safe!!! I double bolted the door, in fact cut my trip short by a day as i could not relax.
The hanging rack was not securely anchored on the wall, appeared it would dall with the slightest weight. Bathroom had peeling/chipped paint. They outside of property appeared to have had some remodeling, the owners need to work on the rooms.

It was hard to find but only because Google had the wrong address on it for the GPS! The road out front is under construction, yet still it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The staff and service, full breakfast, and nice clean room were excellent. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!

The room is old and there are stains everywhere, and the showerhead is about to fall off. The front desk staff have a very arrogant and rude attitude. When we couldn't find the hotel based on Google Maps, she was very impatient and unwilling to help, and deliberately gave me a room that was not the one I had booked. The Hotel.com representative spent a whole hour trying to contact the hotel but couldn't get through.never never use Qaulity inn

Very disappointed about the condition of the room, considering the rate we paid. The bath tub had areas of chipped paint. Took a shower in ankle deep water, took forever to drain. There was a nail sticking out from the floor in the bathroom doorway. The towels were threadbare and old stains. Could see that there was patching on the wall, and was not painted. But the room was big, the beds were very clean and comfortable. Felt safe.

Decent enough for a stop & go. Hot tub & pool were decent. Lady at the front desk wasn't too interested in being too friendly. Breakfast was decent. Rooms could definitely be updated. We fixed the toilet for them. 😁

We got in late, but the lady up front was really nice and got us into our room quickly. The beds were great, the shower was nice and it felt very neat and comfortable.
