The people were very polite and profesionl. Impresive buildings, woundeful swimming pools, beautiful view of the mountains, great landscaping. Quiet. Very good meals.

WOW! This was a wonderful transformative retreat for my 33rd birthday. We had a real shaman in the Temazcal. 3 days and 3 nights of no cell service and no wifi. We left feeling reborn with new skin and new minds. Revitalized Souls. Thank you very much to the Mountains, the land, our Shaman Andres, the vibe and environment of the resort and OF COURSE last but not least, the two cats. we named them Milo (black cat) and Sissy (the white cat).
Blessings to you all and we wish every new person coming here a wonderful transformative experience.

Not happy that when we arrived the AC at my room did not work properly and the drapes at the room were loose.
Also for a place to claim to be holistic the restaurant menu did not match the concept

The temazcal is super over price. The price for 1 or 2 guest is súper expensive and more for the area, tepoztlan and amatlan is famous for temazcal and the service in the hotel is the same. The hotel should consider a more fair price so guests can schedule more than 1 temazcal during stay.

Very good food and Spa services, buy extrelemly noisy during the night. Lot of dogs barking the whole night. I barely could sleep during the 2 nights we stood.

The hotel is an amazing haven to relax. The spa is also incredible. However the food at the restaurant is really not great and the rooms could use some updating.

I love the whole concept of this place, the amenities and the service are always on point. But this was my second time coming, I noticed. A few things weren't the same from last yr. The room I chose was smaller, which still had a great view and comfort, but the bathroom seemed rundown and there were a couple stains on the bedding. The restaurant seemed to have less options in their menu. Other than that I look forward to coming back next year again.

This place could be amazing with a little bit more attention to detail. I really do LOVE the place and will be visiting again. The staff is friendly and the service is good. They could be slightly more organized with classes. Being an English speaker is a tad difficult here because not many of the staff members speak english. Not something to complain about, but with how difficult it is to get here for non Mexican residents I totally understand why they don't have many English speaking visitors. Can't wait to come back.

In love with this place. Everything is so peaceful and full of good energy, the attention to detail and the service is beyond anything you will ever expect. To come to this hostel it's and experience by itself.

A great retreat from the city. The resort is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The town is nearby (approx. 20 mins driving) and is lively with plenty of shops and local culture. Would highly recommend.

The place has nice amenities such as several pools, meditation room and restaurant on site. The room we were placed in was not very comfortable since we were right next to restaurant and pool and was noisy at night

Where do I start? This place is so amazing! The staff is so nice and helpful! The room was beautiful and spacious. The view is incomparable! And the spa services are great.
