In the room they had their standard room rates posted on the wall, rate was $139 -189 per night.. I inquired and the guy at the front desk said it wasn’t a valid request but agreed that it was false advertising. Did not offer anything to compromise this. Ended up paying over the “standard rate” Not to mention the bathroom supplies was not filled prior to my stay, which sucked when you find out after getting into the shower. Cleanliness was not terrible but not the best i’ve seen. Likely that I will never stay here again, I’ve received better service at the lower end surrounding hotels.

Family weekend away was great here. Great options for breakfast and the pool was alot of fun for the kids. Especially with the waterslide. Quiet and clean.

This hotel has proper amenities that similar hotels should have. Real drinking glass in the rooms. Oneida stainless steel cutlery and Corel dishes in the breakfast room. Two elevators. The breakfast room is large, bright and has a good variety of food. I have stayed at this hotel for 4 days in a row each August for the last 7 years and am pleased to note that is had been well maintained.

Quiet, great location. BP’s, Walmart, Canadian Tire with in walking distance. Tim’s and McDonald’s just across the way. Clean rooms! Super awesome staff from the front desk to the ladies that clean the rooms!

Everything was good, door key card was a pain in the butt, would take several try’s to get in. The pillows were too uncomfortable, way too thick. Broken neck sleeping on those. But it was quiet and nice size room. The breakfast was excellent too!

This hotel is above my expectations for cleanliness and service. The pool area was much cleaner than the last place we stayed.

Staff on duty was phenomenal! Check in was an absolute breeze and she was so friendly!! After dinner out, my kiddo went swimming with dance friends and I was amazed and grateful for the staffs willingness and ability to calm down multiple complaints on other guests in the pool. Staff was kind and professional. Will definitely be back for future dance competitions!

what an amazing stay wish it was longer, everything from the front desk at check in, staff in the halways and during breakfast, the staff where always friendly and had a smile on, breakfast was amazing and fully stocked with a huge selection of to fill the bellys of even a pickey 6 year old, this is how all ramadas should be like. thank you so much for making sure our stay was perfect, will definitely be back!!!

The continental breakfast is one of the worst I’ve been to. When I told the attendant that the creamer for the coffee was curdled, she just poured new creamer into the same container…
Our pull out bed was awful with a very thin blanket and no proper sheet, the room was very dirty.

We stayed at this hotel in November last year and really enjoyed it. This year was completely different.
1. Upon entry, there is a sign saying no rude comments they are doing their best.
2. There is no one at the front desk. We rang a bell, and a lady came out and said “Yes?” To which we replied we wanted to check in and we were treated as if checking in was a hassle.
3. 2 members of our parties rooms were not ready. 1 got in at 3:30, us at 4, and the other group room wasn’t ready until 8pm and they have a baby.
4. There was just 1 housekeeper working. She was working so hard, but was obviously stressed and overworked.
5. It is looking really run down. Carpets worn, and look bleached. Everything looks old.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many options and the staff were on top of refilling the options as the morning went along.
We were disappointed when we arrived to learn that the pool was closed due to scheduled maintenance. If it's scheduled, it should have been clearly listed at booking. Fortunately, we were able to use the pool at a nearby hotel.

This property was amazing. I was there for personal and wish i brought my kids. Staff was wonderful, free breakfast was amazing, the pool and hot tub were so clean and warm.
The rooms were very clean, it was above and beyond my expectations.
