Simple accommodations, clean room, close to freeways, restaurants, medical center, shopping. Hotel elevator and hallways were incredibly hot- to the point it was suffocating to be in the elevator and walk the hallways to our room. Yes. It was summertime and I’m sure they were trying to conserve energy - but it was literally almost panic inducing for the lack of airflow in the spaces.

This was a solid 3.5 star stay. Two main issues, which are not really the hotels “fault”- the loud road noise all night (ambulances to the adjacent hospital and loud cars/motorcycles revving) and shattered glass in the lot from a broken car window apparently during our stay. The noise affected us most, but the theft was a little disturbing, especially since I read on another review that someone else’s car had previously been robbed.

Amazing !!! Every staff member is incredibly nice and accommodating. Heather at the front desk was so kind and top notch . I have stayed here 2 times and will continue due to the amazing service !

It’s by a very busy and very noisy highway. Impossible to get a good night sleep

It was great however the bunkbed area was warm but they did have a fan. The tv in the bunk bed did not work. Nor did our phone work. We loved how comfortable the bed was!

The guy in the reception area was helpful and kind when we arrived, he suggested where the nearby restaurants are and allowed us to checked-in earlier in the afternoon. Room is spacious, and well tidied and cleaned. It is only a one-night stay with my family, but I could say that the stay is comfortable, and we enjoyed it!

Just an overnight stay but the room was comfortable and roomy I liked that I could control the air conditioning cause some hotels set it and you can’t adjust it Breakfast in the morning was nice

The hotel was nice and clean, conveniently located to Sunsplash water park and the included breakfast was filling. Property was well-lighted inside and out in the parking lot. Friendly staff with area knowledge helped us get around. I would stay here again.

Tv was not working and electric plug was not working

Our stay was terrible. The front staff was not friendly. We checked out the last morning and had bug bites all over our bodies. Called the property and he said he would report it but could not compensate us for our stay.

Breakfast was great and pool was good since it was extremely hot. We had a room with attached bunk beds for the kids. Kids room was warm but they provided standup fan which made it bareable. Only inconvenience was the door access to the pool was only out and couldn’t go back in. Making a really long walk for those who had to use the bathroom and the door access was hot do to direct sun access. Otherwise we enjoyed and would come back.

Updated, nice new facilities, spacious room, great free breakfast, and really easy and fast check in, which makes all the difference in the world when you're at the end of a long day and just want to get to your room. I stay in a lot of hotels in this area for work, and this was my first time here and it has been my favorite so far.

Felt very safe and clean

The room was really clean, TV channels were great and breakfast was yummy!

We booked our room about a month before and were assured two double beds since we were a group of 4 people (2 adults and two children; children are bigger than us at 12 and 15 years old). We were able to check in an hour earlier at 2pm since we were done touring and ready to relax. Unfortunately, our room had been changed to a King size bed with a pull out couch. This is not the most comfortable for the other two in our party but at least it was for only one night. We were offered anything from the sundries to compensate (our room was prepaid) but we didn’t partake. I asked to get an upgrade, that we would pay but were told the whole hotel was sold out. I cannot accept that this was authorized by the hotel to exchange the rooms. The computer should not be allowed to overbook!! This is a purely human decision. If we need two beds, we actually need two beds! And we checked in early. The cost of one bed and a pull out couch should not be equivalent to two queen beds. It was also a major inconvenience to have all of the exit doors as “Exit Only!” The card readers would not work. Even those in the pool would have to go to the front, if they were really hotel guests. The access control everywhere failed. The pool had been chained when not in use. The card reader was not working to limit access to those staying at the hotel, at the front door, or the elevator. There was no visible sign for the hotel or for the lobby.

Location was good, no problems with room, and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel seemed newish, but fit and finish was poor. Our floor really smelled like cigarettes. Parking is really tough.

Staff were great, we had an especially good experience with Lisandro checking us in. Also, the breakfast staff was on top of it keeping the food well supplied. Also, the pool was a welcome relief in the summer hear. The room was very comfortable and very CLEAN! This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we recommend it to others, and will stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable but the toilet in the bathroom was very short which made it very difficult to get up from it. Also the pool was outside my room and there were shrieks and shouts until after 9pm. A little distracting when trying to relax.

Accessible

The stay was great! The room was spacious and accommodating to my family needs. We had an overall amazing family vacation. My toddler really enjoyed the amenities and also slept amazingly!

Positive experience. There’s not much in walking distance, but we would stay here again.

Clean

The place is noisy because it’s on the main road so you hear traffic and a lot of sirens. The women at the front desk was not the most pleasant, but the guy was very nice.

When you enter the lobby it has hospital vibes not hotel vibes, it was very odd not inviting. For $200 a night, I would expect a clean, updated, inviting hotel. This was a motel experience and it was awful. They stopped us at the elevator as we were exiting to get to our room and said our card was declined which is very unprofessional the way it was handled. come to find out, the agent entered the card info in wrong which was embarrassing and not our fault. The TV never worked. We called the front desk to help get the TV working and they were no help so needless to say we had TV, it felt like a hospital, it was just a gross place so the $200 tax and fees per night was a waste of money. We won't stay at a IHG after this experience. lesson learned
