I stayed here many years ago and was impressed. The property has not been well-kept or maintained since then. Bed was semi-comfortable, cable TV service spotty and intermittent, dust on furniture, WiFi signal marginal in the evening, breakfast selections undesirable. Beautiful setting, office staff responsive and friendly

Very nice place. located walking distance from restaurants and businesses in the town, without much traffic passing by at night. It was mostly clean, aside from a few loose hairs in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lacking, but it is complimentary. The staff were friendly and informative

The hotel is in a convenient location and our room was comfortable.

Excellent place to stay for rest and relaxation! Can’t wait to go back!

Shampoo was not good and no separate conditioner

Stopped here and decided for the upgraded King room so we could enjoy the large tub in our room. Check in was very smooth and easy. Upon entering we were concerned about the cleanliness with the room. There were handprints of makeup on our bathroom door and old matter of some kind on the couch. When we went to shower before getting into the tub the shampoo was complete liquid and just poured out of the container. The shampoo/conditioner were also differing brands and no body wash was offered. For the price- I do think these things matter. We did enjoy the tub but after getting out we were both extremely itchy. We were happy to find a place last minute and don’t mind that things were outdated but the cleanliness needs to increase for a return trip.

Facility was clean, room was very comfortable…perfect for an overnight stay.

It was very comfortable. Nice room! Only complaint was that the toilet was loose and rocked against the wall when I got off of it. Also the air conditioner pointed right down on the bed so that was a little uncomfortable

The room was absolutely amazing! It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the front desk people were very friendly, helpful and nice. Especially Natalie who helped us book an extra night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Had a great stay.

It was average. Carpets need to be replaced! Baseboards were peeling paint. The shower and bath were clean and so was the refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable but metal box underneath was annoying. Constantly hitting toes on it and it would make a noise. Pillows were awful. It was fine for a one night stay. The lady at registration was very nice.

Absolutely amazing one of the few places that I was very happy with me and my significant other spent my birthday here it's close to everything you need or want but you can't hear all the hustle and bustle even though it's right on 260 going into Payson we are very happy with all of it thank you

Wasn't told about breakfast at check-in. Was given a room on 2nd level and when asked for a first floor room, clerk was a bit snotty. Decent room for the discounted price and great location within Payson.

Expedia said it was pet friendly, but no where did they explain there was a charge for my pet till i checked in. I think they need to spell that out on the internet. I would have stayed at the motel 6 if I would have known the charges before I booked.

Rooms feel like cabins. Super quiet. Lots of trees and open space between buildings. Stay in the back one level rooms for the most privacy and farthest from the road.

The downstairs units was like staying in a cabin, with the back porch it was great. Also great the middle green area, and that it was dog friendly,

Great little spot for a quick weekend getaway! Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and most importantly they are clean! Our room opened out on to a courtyard that was nice to sit out on with a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the weather. Cool looking fireplace in our room as well, we visited in August so now use for it at that time but Im sure it would be a welcomed feature on a cold winter night. Was withing walking distance to a nice steakhouse for dinner and just minutes to many other restaurants, bars and convenience stores including Starbucks! lol We will be for sure be back on our next weekend getaway to Payson!

The mattress was hard and lumpy. The carpet was stained. The AC was loud by not very effective. The new shower stall was nice but it backed up to almost over-flowing. We notified the cleaning lady but when we returned that night it was a mess in the bathroom with tools and gunk in the shower. The night clerk got us into a deluxe room. It was much nicer and had a complete renovation. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was very relaxing, clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and the woman at the front desk gave my dog treats

Nice property, the PTAC unit and the refrigerator is a little noisy other than that a nice property

Cooler weather plenty of area to walk our dog. We got what we paid for.
