This is a nice propery but as it is in a sleepy neighbourhood of Holloway Beach that it isn't serviced by busses often (hourly) and many excursion (or airport shuttles) don't pick up / drop off there. If you don't have a car, you will have to rely on Uber/ taxi. The beach is across the street and is very nice, and the property has a nice pool. The unit we stayed at had a newly renovated bathroom and the unit itself is comfy and spacious, but it is otherwise a little on the older side and has room for improvement in cleaning (eg sticky cupboards / drawers).

Very pleasant stay for a week. Quiet area, beaches just a few steps away and supported with Cafes and short distance to groceries etc. Gardens are spotless and parking was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Be warned if you are staying on higher levels there are no elevators which can be difficult when transporting suitcases but then you are rewarded with great views. I could find the barbecue area but no barbecue. The Internet was patchy and needed constant resetting. The modem was old and would probably solve that issue. The unit was large and user friendly and everything worked despite being a little dated. It was furnished albeit basic but functional. I would come back to this place but recommend you have a car as it is north of Cairns city centre but we liked the area. The lower price reflected this and I recommend staying here especially if you wish to travel further north.

Location, nearby cafes and groceries were all good. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunate things were low toilet paper provided which ran out, no dishwasher tablets, wi-fi was inefficient and couldn't connect, dryer has no external ducting and safety cut-off operated after 5minutes, dishwasher broke down. Minor issues but it did distract from our experience. Would we come back, yes.

We only got to spend one night at this beautiful beach apartment but wished we could stay longer! We had #68 which looked across to the ocean and was lovely and sunny and bright and very clean. Pool was awesome! The cafe across the road had live music and great food and excellent atmosphere. Everything at our doorstep. Perfect. Would definitely stay again

Location to Beach good. More a 3 Star Accom quality. No house keeping at all over 6 day stay. Pool spa didn’t work. BBQ area pretty good. Gardens and pool surrounds kept well.

There are lots of ammenities in this accomodation in an affordable price. The dryer is one of my favourite ammenities. Our room os clean and the area is tranquil. All we can hear in the morning is the birds chirping. The close proximity of the bus stop going to the Downtown also makes it convenient to stay in. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again on our next visit!

Nice location and friendly management

Great self contained unit with friendly and helpful staff, across the road from the beach with walkable dining options nearby. Close to Cairns and lots of tourist sites and activities. A great place to stay. We will return when next in Cairns.

The manager was so helpful on arrival and even drove us to the supermarket.

The resort itself and the apartment was really nice and clean. The location is right next to small beach but in a very quiet area. We arrived on monday evening and there were absolutely no restaurant of any kind available in the area. If you have a car it is no problem to drive to Cairns city and Über works fine.

Beautiful location across from the beach. We had a corner unit on the top floor with a wonderful wrap around deck with many seating areas, to relax on, watch the ocean waves and the world go by!

Very good accommodation but clothes dryer needs attention not working properly

Extremely peaceful, located in a quiet, family neighbourhood right across from the beach. The grounds are lush and impeccably cared for. Rooms very comfortable and well appointed. Naomi and Wayne were incredibly helpful, and we were very well looked after!

Quiet location.Coffee only provided for first day stay, should have more top-up if stay more than 2 nights.

We had a ground floor apartment that was supposed to have a beach front view. Because it was a ground floor and was very close to the street the property landscaped the area in front with a lot of plants and trees which was very nice but obstructed any view of the beach. If you stood on the far right side of the balcony you could see the beach but that was right in front of the outside air conditioning unit that blew hot air on you so unless it was cool, not ideal. They had spot lights on at night which shone in the apartment. The interior facing rooms overlooking the pool would probably be ok. The condition of the kitchen was less than satisfactory but the redone bathroom was great. The free wifi was almost nonexistent as it was so weak it would cut out continuously and you had to sign back in. I had to do that about ten or fifteen times during our one night stay. Overall the place was not bad but since we only stayed one night the cost of 260 Australian was really way too much for the apartment.

I got sexual abusive remarks and harassment from hotel receptionist. my check out day around 9:20AM ( my check out time was 10:00). I was sleeping but suddenly cleaner was in my room and cleaner saw my private part. I have never experience like this in my life also from my religious reason it's extremely horrible thing. I got upset and complain to reception but, the receptionist said the clear was know on your door three times nothing wrong. I completely could not understand what the receptionist said. then I got down to the reception place , and asked I want to talk with the manager but the receptionist refused. the cleaner was apologized me, However the super arrogant reception said " We will report to police because you yelled to us" " I will report to booking.com and I make you never use that again" also the receptionist using the word of sexual abusive remarks to me ( I can't write the exact word here because of here is public comment place and it was so dirty word) and the receptionist shouted to me " Go away now ! Go home!" other staff grab my body ( this meant same as physically assault ) and kicked me out. before my check out time.I can't accept this most horrible experience. I am going to ask to legal service with evidence as whole recorded conversation.

Update the apartments and it would be perfect. The resort is gorgeous but the apartments let it down. Tired walls. Sofa that sags in the middle. Beds need new mattress. Carpet in bedroom disgusting and very dirty. Mould between tiles on bathroom floor that need cleaning.

Our room appeared to be renovated fairly recently. Thanks to the quick action of the staff we had sufficient bedding so we could all have a comfortable sleep. Quite location with the beach directly across the road. The pool in the facility is also great. We would come back.

Had a great stay . The location and resort was fabulous. Wayne and the staff were great. The gardens were sensational. Rooms were maybe a little dated and the bathroom could have benefited from a little exit mould but that is nothing in comparison to the positives !
