I will not stay at this facility again, too expensive for the quality of the room.

I reviewed all the paperwork before agreeing to the charges for 1 night. I paid for my room prior to arriving. Once my arrival was then i was told about a hundred dollar deposit for security on any damages. I just wish these charges were included at the time i payednot when i arrive that cost me more time and energy. Now i await to make sure that hundred has not been taken out my account because there was no damages to the room.

We have previously stayed at Candlewood Orlando (outside of Disney springs) and absolutely loved it.
This stay was a terrible experience. For 253$ a night we got a moldy bathroom, open milk container in the fridge from previous guests, an atrocious scent in the room (mold/mildew maybe??), and an airport transport that took 1hr (starting at the time the call was placed to hotel to request the shuttle, ending at the time we walked into the hotel). The hotel was 5mins from the airport. The shuttle made several stops (one pick up that we we are confident was NOT a hotel guest), the shuttle door opened during transport, the driver was completely inappropriate blasting music, honking at others multiple times throughout the ride.
Needless to say, we will never stay again. Very disappointed, especially after a previous experience with the hotel brand that was fantastic.

We had ants in the kitchen area. We didn’t notice until our last night there. We told the front desk and they offered to spray. We have videos of the bugs.
They sprayed and the ants were still there.

When I arrived to the hotel I was informed that they were over booked and canceled my reservation. No warning or communication from hotels.com. Was out in a very awkward situation. With no vehicle or phone service; I was forced to pay $12 for roaming service to obtain service on my phone and I was forced to pay additional transportation costs to get to next hotel.

Hallway and rooms are clean but have some smell that was extremely unpleasant to me. Perhaps prior visitors smoked in there, combined with the cleaning detergent making the whole place smell terrible!
Just take out the carpets and put hard flooring.

The room was very clean! It passed the clean test and I felt very safe staying here. The staff was pleasant and Mark was very hospitable by helping me with my luggage! I will definitely be staying here again!

There is a stench throughout the hotel and the room. The first room I was assigned smelled like strong urine, the second one did not have a working stove. All of the rooms had this lingering stale mildewed smell the hallway and stairways smelled, like mold, weed, body order, and unidentifiable. The staff was nice and considerate. This is clearly a management group issue and potential reflection of the long-term tenants.

The front desk staff were understanding and very helpful. Especially the silver gray haired person Arlene. A nice person in deed. They were empathetic of my situation and did everything to make my stay there a pleasant one. I’m from out of country (Bermuda) and this meant alot to me. Thanks again.

The main issue with the property was the elevators being out of service with no projected repair date. Then, they also didn't have staff to offer to assist with your bags up and down the flights of stairs.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. My wife and I were there for an overnight stay. The room was set up with the ability to cook your own meals (if time allows). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms had all we needed. The carpet did not have fragrant cleaners good for my allergies. The carpet in the front area however had too much fragrance to cover the Oder of pets. Not good where you enter from the outdoor heat. Should partner with supermarket for basic seasonings for awaits. The Dove products were also excellent for body and hair.

I was on a one night stay before my cruise. The room was clean but a notch down regarding condition. The carpet and upholstered chair were worn and felt dirty. Could use new towels which were somewhat thin and worn. The room had a kitchen but the counter was dirty. For the price of the room, I expected a bit better. Overall, I liked the fact that they had a 24 hour shuttle since I arrived at 1a. They also offered a cruise port shuttle for $15pp. I liked that they had a little store offering frozen food to heat up in your kitchen. They also had kitchen appliances to borrow if you were sticking around to cook for yourself.

My family and I, had a fantastic time at CandleWood. It’s like our second home. We always felt at peace, comfortable, quiet, cleanliness, smells great, Whenever we traveled that’s the only place to be. The staff are superb, professional, kindness, and hard workers. We would definitely go there next time.
