Best staff of any hotel in many years. Room met all expectations. Pool and spa area are somewhat dated and dark, the drinking fountain was out of order as was the rest room.

The room was really dirty. We pull out the sofa bed and fond a condom rapper, flower petals, crumbs. Flower had mold and broken lamp. Very run down property. I asked to be moved into a different room but were sold out for the night

This property exterior looks newer however the inside and rooms are not newer, carpet is old and room needed repairs

When we first arrived the power was off in the hole neighborhood, the clerk assured us that it might be back on in an hour, so we went to get lunch. When we came back, the power was back on. She was very friendly and helpful. Also our blackout curtains broke in our room, and she quickly moved us to another room.

The rooms, breakfast and staff were amazing. I booked and paid on line, but when I arrived, I was asked for another CC for a deposit. No where on website did it indicate a deposit would be required. You need to have FULL disclosure on all charges.

Staff was friendly and accommodating! Received a welcoming text the day of my stay asking if anything was needed. I requested a crib and received a follow up text within 15 minutes stating the crib was on its way to our room. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend for family trip.

Pool & hot tub were great. Steam rm was closed, but hot tub made up 4 it. Most hotel hot tubs r rm temp. This 1 was just right.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Facility was obviously not taken care of. Tiles missing in the breakfast room adjacent to lobby. Room has spots on carpet, spots on bed comforter, marks on the wall in multiple places due to furniture being banged, slid against walls. Bathroom room door hard to close due to sticking. Looked like someone had tried to trim it with a jigsaw. Room window looked out over an adjacent lot that looked as if squatters had been staying there. All in all looked like a typical hotel in a college town that had gone past its expiration date before a remodel.

The hotel is clean. It is an older hotel that they've attempted to update, its not in bad condition though. We were in room 223, the beds were clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked good. The closet door is a flimsy mirror that uses a magnet to stay shut, but the metal piece to secure the door to the magnet was broken, you have to move the metal piece to match the magnet as you close it so it stays shut. The horizontal light above the bathroom sink didnt work, and it had old dirty dried on drips of condensation all over it which was an unpleasant sight. The shower head is clogged with calcium build up, only 1 setting was able to be used and it was like an open garden hose on full blast lol! You can tell it's just old, the tub was clean. The breakfast was hot, but their sausage links and patties were more like rubber, chewy and tasteless and the oatmeal was thin and very watery... not a fan. The pool water was cloudy, but there were people swimming in it, there is only one table in the patio area with zero shade. On our second night, there was no parking availability, all spots were taken and we had to park in the dive thru entrance area with other cars. Coffee was good! They utilize Dove lotions/soap. The staff was very friendly and able to problem solve the parking predicament since the back parking and front parking lots were full.

I did not enjoy our stay. Everything was so dirty especially the room we stayed in. When we lifted the sofa bed out, there was empty wrappers and crumbs everywhere. These people do not clean, beware.

Excellent. Very attentive staff. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Bed extra comfy. Room was spacious, handicapped room had two chairs [others hotels have not] Great location.

This place was quiet and very convenient for a stop off the 10 freeway. Breakfast was great and started early (5:30am) which was perfect for our depature. Only stayed one night. The bed was comfortable but the hotel needs a deep cleaning and better repairs. Such as dirty hand prints on the bathroom wall on the wallpaper. Tub floor looked dirty. And old patches fixing a hole in the wall and screw holes in the ceiling. I would likely pick something different the next time I drive through this area.

The hotel is a bit worn, it could use a bit of TLC but the staff was great.
