This hotel is TRULY incredible. We felt so safe, the employees were amazing and gave us special treats every night for the Taylor swift concert. They made sure we were taken care of when our luggage was lost from the airline. They genuinely cared about us and chatted with us every time we came down. The room was spacious and comfortable bedding. The shower water pressure was great. Good location for Piccadilly square shopping and dining. The bar was great and drinks were amazing. Would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful hotel in a great, central location

Lovely hotel in a great location to most everything. Staff is wonderful. Part of a boutique hotel chain owned by wonderful people attentive to finest of details and customer satisfaction.

The staff are what makes this hotel so wonderful. The design concept is also fantastic and stands out under the Firmdale brand.

What I did not like was beyond the property owners/managers control

I was pretty upset when we first arrived because we were given an "upgrade" to a HUGE room decorated in all grey and black. This happened to us at the same hotel a year prior during the coronation and we asked to change rooms to something with more color. The staff was very accomodating and moved us to rooms we absolutely loved. This trip were were moved into room 304 which was decorated in pinks and greens. We LOVED IT!!! There were views onto the kings theatre and we even heard them singing in the morning. It was delightful! As always, the coffee was outstanding and the food delicious. We are headed back to London in a few days to stay at the number 16 hotel for 5 days. Praying for another brightly decorated room with great views in an area we adore. Thank you Firmdale Hotels!! Also, we are staying at their new hotel in New York City in September. Can't wait!!!!

Absolutely the nicest and most beautifully designed hotel I’ve ever stayed in … every design detail whether large or small was thought out and gorgeous. Felt totally pampered and can’t say enough good about this stylish hotel.

I can not say enough about the staff at the Haymarket. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to help with whatever you needed. Our room was clean, and very quiet, with comfortable beds as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Very welcoming and responsive staff. Beautiful and quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast. Convenient walk to so many visitor attractions. The only shortfall we found was the absence of a coffee and tea maker in the room which would have been handy because of our early morning departure. Have stayed here before, and would certainly return and stay again.

Hotel is perfectly placed for His Majestys Theatre where my wife and I enjoyed tickets for The Phantom of the Opera as a wedding anniversary gift. Unfortunately the pool at the hotel was unavailable, due to a private event for the duration of our stay, however to help celebrate our anniversary we were upgraded to a luxury suite and provided with a free bottle of champagne and celebration cake in our room upon arrival. All the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful, they really know how to look after their guests and nothing is too much trouble. Suite was excellent. We were on 3rd floor and even though with windows open the London traffic can be heard very easilly (and quite noisy of course), as soon as the windows are closed it really is a peaceful suite to stay in and so quiet which made for a great nights sleep. All suite and bathroom supliments were clearly labelled to understand if complimentary or purchased. Food options for both dinner and breakfast at the Brumus restaurant were very extensive with a great wine selection available. Recommend booking in advance and allowing plenty of time to enjoy your meal, though if in a little rush, they will try to accommodate you as best they can. Overal, thoroughly recommend and hope to return again soon.

The shower drain did not work. It was reported to the front desk daily and never fixed. Scaffolds surrounded the property, and work was disruptive.

We just love the place! It will be our future favorite!!! Thank you for having us!

The Haymarket Hotel is perfect in every way! Friendly Staff, luxurious Linens and furnishings. I honestly felt as though I was staying in my own gorgeous apartment in London. Great food, craft cocktails, location, location, location! I will be back!

We loved the location of this hotel. It was a fabulous jumping off point for many spots in London and the hotel itself was a lovely respite. Great staff and restaurants within the property.
