Excellent staff and a truly beautiful property! Great restaurant onsite, too. One item to note -- there is some nighttime noise from a neighboring club. It didn't impact my stay, but I could definitely hear it. Excellent location for exploring downtown Puebla

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Very comfortable room which are perfect for those who need to conciliate work and pleasure.

This hotel was the most special hotel experience I have had. It was safe, we were taken care of and it felt like a spa oasis nooked in a bustling part of city.

It was a great stay. walking distance to great attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself has great food which I was surprised. I ate breakfast once and lunch once and it was tasty food.

The style of the hotel, hacienda style with a modern touch, a little confusing to get to the entrance of the hotel more signs will help specially at night

It is a great hotel with good accomodation. Friendly people and atmosphere. Walking distance from the city center. We will come back!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Its location is convenient, the room was spacious and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The hotel has a beautiful terrace, and their in-house restaurant is very good. Would stay here again.

Modern architecture and spacious rooms. The continental breakfast is generous. The staff is very welcoming. The hotel location is very close to Puebla Zocalo. The dinning area is open air, which makes it chilly in wintertimes and hot in summertimes.

Fuera de que meTocó el cuarto B y literal tienes que tirar el agua 10Min para que salga agua caliente. El hotel está precioso y tiene una camada súper cómoda.

The hotel is beautiful but some how uncomfortable. Breakfasts included jus continental, extra charge for some eggs. Extra charge for bottle of water (without telling you). Extra charge valet parking in a place you cannot reach by car comfortably. There was a cocktail on Thursday so I could not sleep until 12am and I had to work on Friday.

Terrible service with their Staff, the shower drain was clogged up and they would not change our room, overall the hotel is really nice but their attention was terrible getting us changed. They finally changed us to a smaller room with the same shower situation.

Nice hotel and amenities, however we were not warned that there would be a party at the Hotel (organised and run by the Hotel) with very very loud music until 3am. As we were on the first floor and our door faced out onto the restaurant area we were not able to sleep until gone 3am. We requested a change of room but were told the hotel was full. We've stayed in a number of Habita Hotels and am appalled at this level of hospitality. Had we been told there was a party in the building we would not have booked the hotel.

El servicio fue amable y la arquitectura del lugar es muy atractiva. Lo que no nos encantó fue: 1) el cuarto olía mal (a caño), 2) había mucho ruido en la noche, por la zona supongo (a tomarlo en cuenta si lo que quieren es descansar). Era fin de semana y había fiestas alrededor. La comida (tomamos el brunch dominical) estaba bien, pero nada del otro mundo. Para el precio uno esperaría algo extraordinario. Habiendo tantos lugares deliciosos alrededor, hubiera preferido salir a desayunar a otro lugar.

Quite an excellent experience in the historic center of Puebla with an excellent staff.

While the hotel is beautiful and in a great location, staff is not too helpful. Being an Expedia VIP+ Hotel, they should give special benefit to Gold+ Members, which they don´t. No special amenities, no complimentary food or drink, no room upgrade (although it was available when I stayed there) and not even a Late Check Out (I had to do Check Out at 13:00 if I wanted to avoid paying "half a rent"). Overall it was a very pleasent stay, but they should be listed as VIP+.

This is an interesting hotel in a beautiful city next door to the convention center and a mall with a cineplex. It is extremely modern, like a W Hotel. The main staircase has a waterfall flowing down the center, others are glass steps. The hotel pool resembles a fish tank on the roof. The lobby is open air with fire pits. Balconies are totally glass with fantastic views. This is all great until you visit during the rainy season. The heavy wooden doors to the rooms were preserved from its previous use as a water purification plant. Our door was too tight and opened noisily with great effort by throwing your entire bidy weight at it. Everyone in the hotel knew when we were coming and going! The door to our kids room had a door lock that was a problem. One time the entire door knob came off in their hands as they were trying to open the door to leave! They had to call the desk to have someone come rescue them! Even after it had been fixed, the lock continued to be an issue. This is a new hotel that still needs to work out some kinks, but is off to a great start.
