This was the worst hotel we have stayed in. I just don’t understand. The reviews were amazing. But upon arrival the hotel was old and beat up. The smell was bad and they tried to cover it up with perfume.
We were given room 104 which was a King bed, accessible room. The hallway reeked of pot. Inside our room was humid, musty and smelled like pot. Once we finally got the room cooled down it was better but I think we just got used to the smell. The room was disgusting. Everything felt so gross and sticky. The bathroom smelled worse. The water from the shower emptied right out into the center of the bathroom. There was nothing to keep the water in the shower. The microwaved wasn’t cleaned out, the in shower seat was dirty which could have been easily cleaned by soap and a brush. The beds headboard had greasy handprints everywhere and head/hair oil. For this to be made for handicapped or elderly people, the owners should be ashamed of the condition.
Breakfast was bad. The eggs and sausage made my husband sick. I ate cereal since the food looked raw and sketchy to me. Upon returning to our room to pick up our luggage, the mold smell was overwhelming. This room is a slip hazard and a serious health hazard.

The check in clerk was very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The only flaw I has was the design of door into the room facing the bathroom. So if your in the bathroom with door open and someone comes into the room, you are all exposed to people in the hallway to see. Breakfast was okay, the coffee did not taste great and not a big selection to choose from. But overall we would stay again.

This was definitely a terrible experience for me and my family. I invited my 2 nieces to join my 2 daughters for a sweet 16 celebration. Before entering, I asked if it would be okay. The staff deprived my kids from getting in the outside pool. They were hurt and didn't understand why they couldn't. Needless to say at every chance, a member of the staff would stop my teenagers and question them on how many were staying in the room and their ages. My girls didn't feel welcomed and if I could have gotten a refund for my 2 night stay, I would've left and booked somewhere else. This was most definitely a horrible experience... and a damper on my baby's special day.

Room was amazing. Breakfast fod wasn’t being refilled quick enough so all three times we went down to the area, there wasn’t any hot food. Hotel was nice though.

There were no restaurants in walking distance. It is easy to find, but it is not located on the main thoroughfare. Grounds need to be mowed.

Overall very good, at least their pool was open. It was quiet even with a bus load of kids. Only two things, the bathtub wouldn’t drain and the AC never really got the room cool. It was a little warm at night but not enough to keep from getting a good nights sleep

This was one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Started at check-in where two men were speaking in a foreign language and obviously looking at which room to put us in. Because our rate was $40 less than what the person in front of us paid I’m sure they were discussing which was their poorest condition room - and boy did they succeed! Toilet did not flush properly, 5-6 flushes to clear the bowl. Unfortunately this was discovered at midnight so we weren’t about to ask for a new room or a repair. Then this morning we realized the shower head didn’t work, only the handheld portion. Minor things, clock didn’t have correct time, only one coffee packet in room rented to two people, mediocre breakfast at best.

Room was nice and clean just a little dated. For what it's worth I got excellent sleep which I don't normally get on even very high end hotels. The gentleman at check in was very nice, even apologizing for doing his job taking a reservation on the phone while I was waiting to check in. Room maid was very kind as well. Breakfast was very good. Outdoor pool was not in service but not normally something I take advantage of anyway. It's a very busy part of town traffic wise which of course is just the nature of the location. Got two rooms, one for myself and one for my senior parents and they both said they slept well and enjoyed breakfast too. I believe the tenant at check in might be one of the owners as well. As I said above, he was very courteous and treated me kindly and with a smile which was appreciated after a long day of travel. Good on him and I hope to revisit this hotel on my return journey home.

Close the I-85. Clean, relatively new building. Free breakfast was sparse. Had a first floor room on the end (117) across from the fitness room and it was noisy. We could hear music all night, movement in the utility room next door, and the outside door slamming shut.

The room was ok, but the breakfast choices were slim, and the one treadmill in “the gym” didn’t work. They had obviously been having problems with it, since there were instructions on it to re-boot it if it kicked out. Having to re-boot it every 30 seconds made it useless.

Room was super clean. Great King bed, slept great. Only thing that was inconvenient, toilet was smaller (shorter) than normal. Inconvenient getting in and around property, crossing main streets. But slept great.
