Great apartment with everything you would need

large spacious rooms, all done to a high standard. Great city centre location with underground parking.

The flat is clean and spacious.location is good, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but a little bit noisy at the night time. It has everything I need, it would be better if the shower head is bigger.

The apartment was fantastic and exceeded expectations, the area around the building is party central on a Friday and Saturday night but the apartment has good double glazing and soundproofing and will not stop me booking in the future

Great location. All amenities on the doorstep. Free upgrade to bigger apartment😊👍. Please make it more clear on Hotels.com website that parking is available on site for £9 per day. We paid significantly more as we didn’t think it was available.

This apartment was in a great location for us. It was very well stocked and had all the amenities that we needed. A few areas that could have been improved - cleanliness, especially, the skirting boards in the kitchen ( we had an infant learning to crawl and probably noticed this more than what we normally would) and the bed in the smaller bedroom dipped in the middle and so my husband and daughter always bumped in the middle overnight, thus, quality of sleep was not great for them. Apart from that, the other beds were wonderful and the place was comfortable and there was a bath plug (which I have come to discover, is a rare commodity when booking serviced apartments!)

Really impressed with the apartment. There were 6 of us staying and it didn't feel small. The location was great and within walking distance of most of the city

Easy check in procedure with a helpful member of staff.. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Location is great. Thankfully my apartment wasn't directly onto the busy street, so was a little quieter than others may be.

Very similar to other apartments offered by Laplace and in a good location.
