It was adequate, a quick overnight stay. Beds comfortable. Bathroom could have been a cleaner, dirt behind the doors and in the corners. Don’t bother with the breakfast, it’s not a selling point. But staff super friendly and prompt. Check in was easy and quick and for the money , value was good

Everything was great

The room was not clean. The carpet was “sticky”, the bathroom had mold around the fixtures. The tub was stained and not clean. I have no confidence in the maintenance of the room or building. Duct tape was used in too many places.

Good location. A little damp and musty smell in the room. Lots of space and good mattress.

Just wasn't the cleanest hotel we've been at. It was okay but, our bathroom/floor area was dirty and housekeeping only came twice during the week we were there. The pool area was pretty run down, rusty lifeguard chair, and the pool was always dirty. Just didn't seem very kept up with. Staff was okay, mostly friendly but seemed annoyed when I'd want to purchase an item. Also we're hardly ever actually at the front desk. Always had to wait a couple minutes before someone would come out. Overall it was an okay stay but, hotel needs some work.

Overall good experience. Breakfast was great. Bathroom could’ve been a little more clean. Beds were comfortable. Would’ve like to have been told when we checked in we would not have housekeeping. It wasn’t a problem because we were able to get clean towels at the front desk. Just would’ve been nice to know.

Close to Space Coast stadium. Lots of shops and eats close. Breakfast was good. Pool was small but the boys still enjoyed their fun😊

The staff was fantastic, super nice. I would have given it 5 stars all round but the 3rd floor hall carpet was stained and my room smelled like wet dog and urine. Breakfast was great and the common area for breakfast was very clean

Room had an odor. The door lock to bathroom was broken. Overall dated bath, but overall looked clean. Dining area was modern and comfortable. Halls were fine.

Excellent staff

It was very obviously an older hotel with some renovations. We had two rooms. One room had an old bathroom door that had no hook and lots of paint chipping. The bathroom ceiling was suffering from water damage. Our second room was home to two cockroaches. We told the front desk and they came and sprayed immediately.

Our room had several problems which we did not notice until getting ready for bed. The security lock would not stay in the activated position, the stopper was missing from the bathroom sink, and most annoying was that the window shade would not go down all the way, resulting in about 2 feet of light from the parking lot coming into the room. The neighboring room was extremely loud and the TV was blasting until at least 1 AM. The room was very tired, chipping paint on the bathroom door, torn shower curtain, and in need of a remodel. In the morning, we talked to the woman at the front desk and she informed us that they would not be able to fix the items that day, and offered to move us to a new room, which we did later that afternoon. Even though it was an inconvenience for us, the new room was in much better condition and on a higher floor so it was much quieter. Unfortunately for another traveler who happened to be checking out when I was getting coffee, they had given him our unsatisfactory room and he was also complaining about the various broken items in the room. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We had the absolute worst service from a Russian lady both over the phone and in person. When we arrived at the hotel she was being rude and argumentative with guests before me. I spoke with management later about what I had witnessed. And she assured me that the issue would be addressed. The lady I dealt with at the hotel was wonderful.

Staff is friendly and water pressure is awesome.

We got locked out of our room and they had to take the handle off the door to get in. Then next day we got locked in the room and couldn’t get out! We didn’t even get the room comped. There is no bar/ restaurant on site either

My complaint is that there was no mirror in the bathroom. We have stayed in hotels all over the U.S. and the world and have never had a bathroom without a mirror. The breakfast was good.
