Very Clean Property..

Heated indoor pool, excellent staff, clean room, excellent buffet breakfast with so many choices

Service was great, great location. Blinds were broken in our room and the beds a little old, but nice and clean. Would stay again

This place is a dump. Fitness room has barely anything functioning. There’s mold in the shower and the beds need to be thrown out. Do not stay here!

We stayed for a week and had to get our keys replaced or reactivated about 16 times or more, we lost count after so many times. It was so frustrating and the only reply we got from the staff, sorry it’s an old system. Get it fixed cause that is so annoying getting locked out, every time you try to use the key. Room, pool, back door …

The most annoying inconvenience was the keycard for the room kept deactivating and I had to have the front desk reset it 6 times during my stay. I only stood two nights and it was extremely inconvenient to have to keep interrupting my vacation to have my room keys reactivated. Pool was also closed for a portion of time and had too much chlorine when reopened. Staff was nice and hotel itself is clean.

We love this property for visits to URI. The staff is wonderful and the location is perfect. The bathrooms could use a little more attention/updates. Consistently, there is mold around the tubs and the water pressure is spotty. Also, this is our second visit where trash and paper wrappers were left from previous guests so we’re not sure if floors were cleaned/vacuumed. Overall, good experiences. We’ve had four visits to this property in the past 8 months.

I really liked this hotel! I stayed with my dog and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was fine and the location felt safe. My air conditioner only blew out cool air so it was a bit too hot for my liking but other than that very nice!

We easily found a parking spot which is awesome. The room was clean enough. I was just hoping that there would be no carpet. :) but it’s clean enough. Ms Cathy who was in the front desk showed us one of the best customer relations. She was helpful and quite informative. The pool just needed cleaning cause a lot of kids played in the water. We love HAMPTON by hilton! :)

Checking in was very slow. Room was clean. Bathroom fan did not work. Breakfast was average. One elevator did not work. Staff was friendly.

The property was as expected. I will stay there again.

I got in late after my son's graduation and I didn't have to worry if they had my room or not. It was clean and quiet; just what I needed. I'll be back next time I'm in the area!

The staff was fantastic

Although the price was a little high had a one night comfortable quiet stay. Pet friendly and grounds maintained well. Easy check in with a pleasant staff member. Nice complimentary breakfast with pleasant staff there as well.

Our room was clean and was fairly moderate. Breakfast hours were accommodating for late birds.

From check to departure our stay was wonderful. Tori, Lauren and Kathy helped get a room available earlier than normal time and upgraded us for Mother’s Day. The room was spacious and clean. We used the gym and pool. The coffee was great and the breakfast had enough options for most guests.

Front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. Room was clean as can be and very comfy. Great place for great price.

1st time staying and would stay again

I was happily surprised with our two night stay at the Hampton Inn. The faculty was located in a parking lot within walking distance to some restaurants and a brewery which my husband and I visited one night. The girl working the front desk was polite and greeted us immediately upon our arrival (around 8:30pm). Check in was easy and quick. The room itself was clean, the beds were comfortable (pillows a bit soft for my liking, but still comfortable). The shower pressure was great and the bathroom was clean. I used the gym one day and was again pleasantly surprised to see a Peloton bike along with two treadmills, another bike, and an elliptical machine. There were also lots of weights. One of the treadmills was out of order, but the gym was overall very nice. I did not get to use the pool, but the pool area looked very nice. The lobby was large with plenty of seating and the free breakfast was delicious. Many options, chocolate and vanilla waffles, omelette, sausage (which was so good) and breakfast potatoes. Lots of other standard options as well. We came to visit URI for a tour and the hotel was within 15 minutes to the school. Close to other beach areas as well and to our new favorite coffee place Java Madness. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

Where do I begin. Check in was a horrible experience. I booked through Expedia, when I checked in this older woman could not seem to figure out how to do her job and check us in. My room was unavailable and had to settle for a room I did not book. She seemed to stall for about 30 minutes before finally checking us in. We go to the room she told us to and there was a do not disturb sign and someone already checked into that room. Then I go back down to the lobby where there is no one to be found. Finally someone comes out and they told us the person's name in the wrong room, I did not appreciate them giving out someone's information. That was alarming to me. Finally get into a room and the toilets not working. Other than this horrifying check in experience the area is a perfect getaway and close to the beaches. The beds were very uncomfortable. Will not be staying here again though just from this experience. Hopefully this was just a bad night for everyone.
