Met my expectations. Our room was a little noisy because of the ice machine being used early in the morning, but other than that, it was a nice stay.

I never leave reviews and me and my wife travel at least 2-3 times a year and always stay in hotels like this one, I have to say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in the staff was incredible and extremely polite constantly asking if we needed anything we never had to ask for anything I told them my coffee maker wasn’t working and it was fixed within an hour I couldn’t believe it this hotel was super clean everything was top notch I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Front Desk lady was 'blah' (sad this is the best word I could come up with to fit her demeanor) No smile, greeting, interaction, or anything else. Only words used were 'name', 'id', 'it's in the front'... LITERALLY. Room smelled HEAVILY like mildew. Comforter had rust stains (I pray it was rust) and rips all over it. The floor was FILTHY and had not been mopped in a VERY long time. Rust stains all throughout the shower(still praying it was rust). NEEDS SERIOUS UPGRADE.

I was charged for 3 nights stay even though I missed the first night because my flight was cancelled. I understand that I owe for the first night. I would like a refund for the 2nd and 3rd night.

Room was filthy. Looked like a dirty room was just spruced up a little but not cleaned. Hair on the “fresh” linens under the covers, stains on sheets and pillows, hair all over the bathroom floor, water splash spots on the mirror, dirt scum in the tub. Refrigerator had sticky spots all over inside like soda or juice spills. Had to ask for clean sheets and pillow cases and remake the beds. Mattresses were worn out and sunk down in the middle. Very uncomfortable.

The stay was just "ok". We were on a short family vacay with a family of 5. The room was very large, but it was not very clean. The coffee table had crumbs underneath, the pullout sofa had small crumbs on matress, the towels were not up to par, and the bathroom had dust and rust everywhere. We asked for them to clean our room on the 2nd day, and after we returned from the Waterpark, nothing had been done. The swimming pool water also looked very dingy so we decided to pass on it as well. We've definitely had better stays.

Staff was really nice. There was some wear and tear in the bathroom. Toilet seat also wasn’t fully clean. Overall it was a good stay just some minor things that I expected more from the property especially based on how much you pay to stay there.

The only thing decent about this hotel was the breakfast. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom. The shower had dirt on the walls, and one can only wonder what it is that we seen stuck on the walls near the beds.
On the second night of our stay I called to get some fresh towels and the lady at the front desk explained that she had none. They were out of towels due to majority of the customers having signs on their doors.

Amazing stay! The staff was so nice and accommodating. Our room was super clean and the beds were amazing. The AC worked great which was a must because it was humid and 100 degrees while we were there. Will definitely stay there next time we travel south…in just a couple

Had to walk around the front desk on two separate occasions to get someone to check in and later to get some towels after several minutes each time waiting on someone to show.up. Hotel was nice, but too expensive for just an average stay.
