Our stay was amazing. The hotel and staff were great. When i come back i will definitely stay here.

Staying at Club36 with Bluegreen Vacations was nothing at all what we expected and I've never been more pleasantly surprised to have had that happen. We hadn't planned on staying in Vegas during the time we stayed. We were supposed to be in Missouri and the place we would usually stay in Vegas was not able to cover the whole time we were going to be staying here so we looked around for an AFFORDABLE option (We're frugal not cheap, take that however you like.) Since this stay was not planned to the max like any other trip might have been we focused mainly on that we wanted it to be inexpensive and have a kitchenette with a microwave so that we could possibly save some money on meals by having soup and snacks in our room. With that search criteria we located Club36. The images of the rooms were quaint but kind of looked more like staying at my Grandmother's but it was ABSOLUTELY the right price and so without doing much research other than trusting that the overall rating was on par with where we typically stay. I was genuinely surprised to walk into our room and see adequate storage for food, full size fridge, generous TV in the living area and a good sized TV in the separate bedroom. All things considered we were blown away by the amenities and for the value this place is purely amazing.

This hotel was awesome. It’s kind of a maze and hard to find my way around, bed was comfy. Counter space was very limited. Pots dishes and silverware are all included. Hot tub seemed very small. 6 adults and it was crowded. They gym was awesome I loved the gym. I would absolutely come back

On the day of my checked in was excited to stay there but when I got to my room I was not clean the floor was dirty the bathroom was not clean there was stuff in the toilet there was stuff on the table and the night stand and used stuff in the kitchen so I went to the front desk and show the pictures I took and the said sorry to hear that and the gave me a different room and then I was to do the tour and they had me scheduled for 9am but then the day of Janice said she couldn’t get me in and I was excited for that but it never happened

Everything about my stay was perfect. The suite was clean, spacious, had everything provided. The walk-in shower is huge and luxurious, my favorite aspect of the suite. The bed was comfy. The suite has its own central air controls plus ceiling fans so it was comfortable and cool at all times. Check-in was smooth and pleasant with Jasmine and communication was excellent. I had never stayed here before but it'll now be my preferred accommodations anytime I'm in Vegas.

Property was in a great location off the strip. Provided a shuttle if you wanted to leave the car in the free parking lot. Clean. Comfortable. Starting to show a little bit wear and tear, but still very new looking. Staff was friendly.

The Bluegreen’s 1 bedroom suite are spacious and have everything you need. You can even wash your clothes inside your unit. The Bellman and front desk staff are always nice and I’ve never had a problem with the service here.

We checked in and went out for the evening. When we returned to our room at 1:00am, our room smelled like a sewer had backed up. We had to repack our belongings and moved to a different room. The toilet ran all night in the new room.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Bluegreen, it was not our first time here and definitely will not be our last visit. The rooms are always clean and spacious and we always feel comfortable with the quiet and safe area around the hotel.

Very quiet, clean and much cheaper than the strip for our dates.
They offer a free shuttle every half hour that drops off and picks up at Planet Hollywood and it runs until 11PM every night. If you don’t use the shuttle it’s about a 4-5 minute Lyft or Uber ride to the strip (Mandalay Bay) which will run you from $8-10 on a normal day or night.
It’s nice to have a little kitchen area and the washer and dryer in suite is very handy.
All in all it was a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The One bedroom deluxe suite is spacious and great home away from home. There is a full size washer and dryer and the huge walk in shower had good water pressure and was a relaxing place to to beat the heat.
The only bad is the walk from the lobby to the elevator.

We had a good stay. The room was very nice. We were in room 606B. The only problem was when we went to the pool to check it out the first time, the entire 4th floor smelled like chlorine. The second time we went we used the elevator near the pool so we didnt have to walk in the chlorine air

Although an aging property, the price was in line with expectations. I booked for the convenience of a kitchen, which was more than acceptable. The location was not an issue as I rented a car. It was easy to get around. I am a sensitive sleeper and my room faced the airport; however, I was not terribly disrupted by the sound of planes.
